I get the same drink…every day almost, since just before school got out for the summer. I wasn’t in the state for June. And still it’s the same: I’d just really like to know why my ONE drink…always tastes different, every time I go. Do y’all not have a recipe to follow, just winging it and as long as you put the right ingredients in there, it’s fine? Bc that’s not what I’m paying for, if I wanted that crap, I’d go to Sonic. I just want my drink to taste the same every time I get it. Yesterday (it’s actually been 2/3 times now), my Dr. Paradise tasted basically just of the DP…I could see from the foam stuff they added the other ingredients but…as I said: if I wanted a Dr Pepper with crap flavor, I’d have went to one of the Sonic locations here.
It’s just…I’ve been coming for a while and it never tastes the same, aka the way it should.
To be clear, the following portion of this was not the experience from yesterday’s trip, it was from before I left at the end of May: I also should not have to pull around the front from the drive-thru to park and get out of my car because I said “easy easy easy ice” and it was PACKED with ice, while also tasting almost like straight dr pepper, just to get attitude from the girl who (I guess) made it. Like, why she was pissy is beyond me bc had you listened, and made the drink correctly, I wouldn’t have come back? So girl was acting so inconvenienced when I’m the one who was highly inconvenienced by the experience, having to turn around and make my way back to the store (I was almost to aldi area), just to get attitude as well.
Furthermore, from this point on, if my drinks are messed up to where I have to once again get out of my car to go inside, y’all will be making me a completely new one, different cup and everything. I’ll give you the messed up drink, but not until after you hand me my fixed one. I will then stand there and taste it to ensure it is properly made and only then...
Read moreEvery time I visit the Huntsville store my experience is bad. They either make the snow cone wrong, they take forever, they are rude or they hand be a soaking water cup with a soaking wet napkin. The only thing that was new today is the lady at the window was rude and argumentative. I get the mangonada extreme every time. I let her know they did not add the chamoy sauce and she said I was wrong and that it soaked into the we ice so you can see it any more. Anyone who’s had this knows that is not true, you can see it if it’s added. You can also taste it, which I tried it, and surprise, no chamoy.
On top of this, when she first handed me the snow cone all soaking wet, sticky and dripping, she closed the window and walked away. Apparently she thought I’d leave. I waited at least 5 minutes for her to come back to the window. Even though another employee stood at the closed window taking the order of the people behind me.
When I asked for the manager, she stated she was the manager. I asked for a refund, and then when I asked for a receipt for the refund, she was rude again.
Bahama Bucks, I visit your College Station locations often, they’re always great. Please...
Read moreI order a chimoy mango snow cone, it had so much tajin that it was unable to be eating from the salt. The clerk let me know when I brung it to his attention that I should order light on the tajin next time, no apologies, he also informed me the snow cone was expense so he puts alot of topping the snow cone, but no one wants a snow cone drinch in salt to the point u cant eat it. I was well aware of the snow cones prices and was very dispoointed in this place we drove way off coarse to this shop. I order this all the time at another Babama bucks in Tyler Texas and its always sweet with a hint of tajin and chimoy drizzled...
