Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Huntsville

We sadly came in at 9pm on 2/24/23. The girl making our bowls was very rude and we asked if there was a problem as she was making our bowls aggressively. We were initially asking if there was a problem thinking we made a mistake on if they were closed already because it said they were open until 10. We understood they were out of forks and spoons and were going to take our food to go. She replies to us when asking if there is an issue “no this is just how I am” my husband asked for the manager and a young lady said she was the manager and was so rude to us, rolled her eyes and Ignored us. then began to argue and become irate because we asked for her name and name and number of general manager as we were shocked with how we were being treated. She called us “fatasses” because I’m pregnant I’m assuming. She then grabbed our food and threw it away as we just wanted to pay and leave. It was a very sad experience. I have never dealt with a manager of any establishment being so vile, aggressive and insecure. It was very disappointing the way the entire staff acted especially the “manager” The only reason this gets a 1 star is because you can’t leave zero. So I moved to Huntsville about 8 or so months again. I used to eat Chipotle pretty often and planned to continue to do so here. The 1st night I ordered here my burrito was messed up. Annoying, but no big deal I'll take it back and get it fixed I thought. I lived about 20~ minutes from the Chipotle so it took me 20 minutes to pick up the order, another 20 to get home, and another 20 to get back. Well the manager refused to remake the burrito and instead offered me to buy another one (albeit discounted), (I don't know her name) because it was over an hour ago despite the burrito being with me and only having a single bit taken out of it. I didn't get a new burrito, I didn't get a refund. I also didn't eat at this Chipotle again for the time I lived there. Well I've moved from Huntsville and em enjoying Chipotle again.

I hope the owner of this franchise sees this message and knows that that manager I talked to roughly cost him $2,400 in sales over a single burrito (The amount I estimated I would have spent during my time living here). Was...

First of all I have always been a fan of Chipotle Mexican Grill. I have always told friends and coworkers how much I enjoy eating their food. But to my surprise my girlfriend suggested that we eat chipotle tonight for dinner. I am sorry to say in the years I have eaten chipotle this was my worst experience in their food. If this was the first time eating chipotle I would avoid it like the plaque. For further adua I would like others not to miss out on the food from this chain of restaurants. I would have to say that the Huntsville location isn't up to par . The location may need some further training in how to season the food? I am not sure if the site understands the requirements for food preparation. But the meal I have received almost reminded me of Alpo dog food. If you have any influence in this site.
