Burger King — Restaurant in Huntsville

It would not allow me to give them a 0. First I ordered a combo, they informed me that drink machine was out of order the shake machine was out of order the slushy machine was out of order and only thing I could get with my combo was a cup of water! This is atrocious being that I am paying almost $10 for a combo. Secondly I ordered a whopper with cheese cutting thank you cut in half when I got to the window the burger was already made which made me very skeptical. I looked at the burger and it was burnt black on the top and wall on the bottom dried out. I asked for the manager and I asked him if he prepared this burger, he stated yes. He was of Mexican ethnicity and he was very rude and very unprofessional. I considered getting the burger remade but his attitude was so foul I did not trust it. No disestablishment I’ll Jordan Lane need to be shut down immediately. I went there yesterday and they were closed out for some unknown reason. He made me so upset I took the ketchup packs and threw them back in the window which definitely took me out of character. Do not go to the Burger King on Jordan Lane it really needs to be shut down and I pray that the health department a better business Borough can review this and go over there and pay them a visit. I am definitely not the type to see someone lose their job a mess with someone’s livelihood but they all wanted a clown so if this...

walked in at 8:40PM (after I drove accross town because it was the only Burger King Listed with a Lloby Open until 10PM)

Once Inside, Before I pressed the button to place a mobil order, I politely ASKED if the Lloby would Remain Open so I could sit & Eat Inside, or would I be rushed out. I Like to sit down at a Table and eat my warm fries with ketchup, NOT in my car .

and I was Told "No", (AT 8:41 PM),

that they were Closing the Lloby "in a few minutes" and I would NOT be able to Eat Inside ...

Not Only is your store False Advertising your Hours of Operation, but your wasting peoples Time, which is not only inconvenient, but blatantly disrespectful, and Hinders Public Trust in the Local Business community ...

After working 25 years in Fast Food myself, somebody who is standing at your counter, ONE-HOUR AND 20 MINUTES BEFORE your Advertised Closing Time on the door, you prolly should Serve them, or you will get a Bad Reputation ...

But since you Refused Service to THIS White person, Im Going to Report your store to the licensing bureau... and I hope they take into consideration my complaint, BEFORE they Issue you a Business Licence Next year ...

The first thing I hear is the lazy ",,, manager yelling at her cooks , cashier and even the drive-thru cashier for the most stupid stuff you ever think about. " like Team Work , helping you co worker out when your not busy. "Right" I think she take revenge of the ones that really need a job to survive day by day and there's nothing wrong with that we all been there at one point in our life. I think this reflects on the quality of the food you get from there along with all these cutbacks they have made. Like there Whopper jr. Is so small now it's ridiculous in their Whopper is all bread lettuce and tons of mayonnaise you can't even taste the meat it is so thin. By all means don't take your children into a Burger King off of Jordan Lane or Whitesburg Drive , because the management at those 2 store's will cause you to leave by hearing the way they talk to their employees. So I hope you're getting what am saying. . You know that show Undercover Boss well Burger King nice their CEO to go undercover and make the changes before they go out of business. All we can do is pray one day they found a better job and get treated with respect and dignity...
