What I noticed with this location is the staff is nice to you if your buying and buy the non refundable warranty and don’t really ask many questions about the item. I had this experience. Then about two weeks later my daughter and I went in looking to pawn( like the store says they do). Her dog had passed that she had had 19 years and we needed a little more money to have her dog creamated. ( we didn’t say what we needed 200.00 for cause my daughter would cry) so we were treated like they thought we were trash. She brought her 1,500.00 dollar gold watch she received as a bonus from her boss( she is an enviornmentl engineer for OSHA). They talked like we stole it. She had all the necessary paperwork for it. Her boss faxed a copy of his ordering of the watch and receipt. They called the police and tried to act like they were gonna detain us. Her boss came in and basically walked us out. My daughter in tears and it was an all round aweful , rude, and hateful behavior on their part. Her Boss noticed some enviornmentl problems as we left. They are nice people. But they don’t care. I pawned my Xbox and I didn’t have the money to get it back so I called them and told them to please factory reset it so no one has my accounts or my info. And they said they would and didn’t. I have had so many of my accounts trying to change my password when I didn’t do it and my credit card info was stolen so I had to get new cards. And now my stuff is so messed up that I have to fix it and it’s taking a long time to do this. Never had problems in the past, but I am now. Just a suggestion. Don’t pawn anything there if you have important stuff on them. Factory reset them first! I had a horrible experience at the other EZPawn in Huntsville on the other side of town. Decided to stop in this one, and was greeted so nicely Desmond and McKai (sp?) were behind the counter and greeted us with a smile and answered every question we had. Even acknowledged my eight year old, which I greatly appreciated because the other store did not do that. I asked about a product, and I was quickly given an answer, and in the Kindest way. Miss Hillary came in and greeted us as well and was super nice and I told her that I was very happy with how she ran her store And I appreciated that very much.
