Placed an order through the app and went to go pick it up about 10 minutes after the pick up time because it’s Saturday and I figured they were busy. Arrived and gave my name and order number to the man behind the counter as I could see my order sitting behind him. He began reading off the wrong order to me. I corrected him and told him what my order was even going as far as to show him my phone with the order on it. He told me the order number was incorrect and started telling me some other person’s name and order again. I told him that was not my order and he began telling me I ordered at the wrong location even though it clear said I was at the correct location. He called a driver over who was no help at all and the same guy started arguing with me again saying he doesn’t know what to tell me I don’t have an order. I asked him to just check the orders behind him and that my order is right behind him. He would not even get up and look 2 feet behind him to see that my order was in fact RIGHT THERE. I asked for someone else to help me and he got annoyed when he called another guy over saying they needed to help me because he couldn’t. The other guy came over and I showed him my phone and he immediately found my order in the computer and grabbed the food that had now been sitting there for 10 minutes while I pleaded for help with the first guy. They need to do something about this guy. He kept saying he can’t even read the order I was showing him. All he did was argue with me for 10 minutes and when he saw that he was wrong didn’t even apologize. I had the correct order number. I gave the right name and phone number. Read moreI ordered a pizza at 3:28pm on August 22nd, 2024. I ordered it for delivery and tipped quite generously. To give context, I spent 3.5 years as a general manager for dominos, and understand what the tipsean to drivers. At 4:40 pm, I called the store to ask for context for why I hadn't been delivered my pizza yet. I spoke very nicely and politely to the young lady who answered the phone, when told me that she herself has tried to call my number 3 times. I asked her curtly but politely to speak to the manager, whom I was informed was both her mother and the woman making the delivery. I waited and was greeted impolitely by a woman who told me she had tried to call but received no answer. I told them it was past the point where I even wanted the pizza or to deal with unprofessional people, so I asked for a refund and the corporate number. I was told "okay" and hung up on immediately. For context, I have picked up from the location twice, and have seen employees sitting in the lobby on their phones while there are lines of customers out the door, delivery drivers swearing and badmouthing customers openly and within hearing distance, and employees openly eating in front of customers clearly just waiting for the food they ordered a time before. I have yet to receive a refund, and am considering calling both OSHA and the health department about these people. Read moreZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE... So, i stay on the phone for an hour and then leave work and just drive there for a big order. I see multiple staff sitting around at tables with a "system down" note on door. I knock so I can try to ask them if they know when system will be back up, if there is another location or other place close by and they just look at me like an idiot and refuse to come to the locked door and actually speak with me and just lip gesture system is down which by this point I am fully aware. Things happen and systems go down but not answering the phone and then not amswering the door when a loyal customer has a question and wants to speak with you is just unexcusable and very poor maneurisms. Im afraid you have a lost a long standing and substantial spending customer. All you had to do was talk to me but none of you wanted to leave your seat or stop playing on your phone to answer any of my questions. It hurts me to say this but I would NOT recommend this location for your business. Again, things happen ut when you act like this it is in very poor taste and reflects poorly on the whole company.
