Normally I like this McDonald's but tonight well.... Order in drive thur, waited in line for approximately 10 min. No biggie right? Well finally pulled up to the pick up window and a white older heavy set man, dark hair, had the window open joking with other employees. No biggie, even though he never acknowledged us and I was trying to ask if the basket of fries sitting on the counter were mine and if they are fresh. He slammed the window close said something to shift manager next too him and laughed then they tossed my burgers on the bottom of the bag and threw the fries sitting on the counter on top of them. No condiments, didn't even ask, then tossed the bag out the window which I almost didn't catch. He slammed the window again not letting me ask for anything. I tried a fry to which it was luke warm and soggy. I waved my hand at him for a min before he opened the window and snapped at me "the fries are fresh" slammed the window again not letting me ask for anything yet again. I had my 16 yrd old check the bag for a recite there was none. I waited till he came back and asked for his name and my recite which he then kept saying none of my business and called me a Karen throwing my recite at me before slamming the window in my face once more. But I'd like to know when it became acceptable to be nasty to a customer just because I asked a question? I am actually spending the last dollars in my account, so isn't reasonable that I want my food to be fresh? And when did it become acceptable for management to allow they're employees to...
Read moreWish I could give them a negative 5! Firstly, I was THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVETHRU at 345p. No one answer the speaker I had to say “hello” and even then I almost drove off before someone answered. I ordered on app so after I tell them the code to my order I skip first window and go to second window. At least 5 employees are standing around TALKING AND LAUGHING on FRONT COUNTER! The young lady who came to window (shift manager by shirt; don’t know her name because no badge), white lady with short hair…, asked what my order was?! (As if there was someone else there who could have ordered it) the. When she gives me my food, she doesn’t say “thanks” or “have a great” day, jus throws my food out the window and says “everything’s in the bag, sauces and all that”, and closes the window! I was indeed missing napkins and ketchup, so I sat and waited for her to turn around from talking to coworkers or whatever to tell her I needed ketchup and napkins plz. She grabs a handful n says “h here” while looking at me crazy like I did her something. So I said “thanks have a great day” and she just responds “uh hu”. Jus the rudest service and lack of professionalism…. Plus my DAMN FRIES ARE COLD! I’ll be going to the other McDonald’s from here on out when I’m in Huntsville, or better yet maybe I’ll just quit McDonald’s all together. Read moreI visited this location tonight to grab some food and ended up waiting at the drive-thru for over 10 minutes at the third window. I decided to go inside because I felt like maybe they forgot about my drink. I wanted to inquire about a smoothie I had ordered and ask if my fries could be remade because they were hard and nearly burnt. I’ve never asked for anything to be remade so this gave me anxiety but I paid $28 for burnt fries and a burger so I really needed this to be taken care of.
When I approached the counter, a short girl with long black hair made comments suggesting that the fries weren't burnt and seemed to mock my concerns. As someone who works in customer service, and has worked in customer service a long time, I would never treat a customer this way, especially when they are being polite and respectful. This location really needs to reconsider its staff, as it seems to be staffed by people who don't understand how to treat customers properly. A little kindness goes a long way, and I left feeling very disappointed. The lady at the counter that originally spoke to me was nice about it but I didn’t appreciate remarks towards me that were disrespectful all because I asked if my fries could be remade.
