Y'all don't know how to be professional. I wonder if being rude is a requirement to work here. I ordered a white chocolate mocha today. It tasted awful. Burnt and when I looked at it wasn't even filled to the top like normal. I waited a while for the line to die down so I could ask for another one. Well that was a mistake becuase these people bust thier butt all morning becuase it never slows down. Shouldn't have bothered. Just got accused of drinking half of my drink just to get a new one. Well guess what. The remake tasted exactly the same as my first one. Threw that drink in the trash...

The over charge everything, don't know any of the recipes, and if they were made wrong, they would refuse to remake them without me paying for a second drink. The milk was curdled, the juices in the mini fridge were expired, and half of the cold foods weren't kept at a proper temp making me horribly sick. When I ask for a manager, I rarely get one. The manager lied to me when telling me what was in a drink just so she could over charge me. Never come here. It is horrible. Only reason why it has high stars is it is being mistaken for the other Starbucks...
