Smokers Paradise — Local services in Huntsville

I’m incredibly disappointed. This is my regular spot to shop and this evening I had the most shocking experience. Myself and 2 other women walked in and were IMMEDIATELY asked to show our ID before we were even greeted or fully inside the building. We didn’t know were the voice was coming from until we fully entered and saw 2 gentleman behind the counter. We found it odd, but were happy to comply. However, one of my friends didn’t have her ID (she’s been her before). so she was told to step outside. I was shocked because we did nothing to provoke this immediate reaction. One of the gentleman we recognized because we always have long “chit chat” every. Time. I’m. Here. I asked “since when have y’all been doing this” and he sarcastically stated there’s a law about it. But I clarified, “YES, but I mean LIKE THIS before even walking in the door”. I looked at the gentleman I recognized and stated “because you surely know me” at which point he agreed. but didn’t want to give an explanation due the possibility of being fired, he states.

The gentleman who initially gave this order came to service us instead. He brought the subject up again stating ”yea they’ve just really been cracking down on us to check” (meaning IDs). This gave me peace, so I felt less frustrated about the situation. Since this is done for EVERYONE due to the recent “cracking down”. But as we were finishing up our transaction, another gentleman walked inside. The recognized employee greeted him with great familiarity and ran to service him. I lingering a bit to see if he would be given the same treatment. No luck. *I understand he was within his rights to ask for ID, however the IMMEDIATE and SELECTIVE behavior was unnecessary. To the degree of having an of-age frequent customer step outside....

This is my favorite smoke shop . The staff is always eager and helpful for us. We always enjoy these folks and they dont mind us being there asking questions and they do what ever it is to give a real answer no matter what it is! So when have the husband go in to get me some requests, and I'm either on video call or voice call,so they make sure I get the right things I need/want. These folks are knowledgeable about things in this store that r unique beyond what I've ever seen. Their products are a wide array of varieties, and they have the best(in my opinion) kits with replacement tanks/pods as well as many,many juice products to disposable products. I'm a VooPoo kinda gal loving my favorites Drag lines! They r the most durable and not cheap but worth it. I can tell u this because my husband and I have a collection of ones that were not to high in price and used for little time, and need to be fixed or collection for us because they r rare. I also like the Geek vape line as a secondary product. These 2 brands and all the refill or replacement products are here and many other brands as well. These 2 I can attest to them being the most durable products out there on the market that I've found without costing the whole paycheck. Im not the easiest person to satisfy nor am i gentle on these either. ButThis smoke shop has everything I need and want, and to be honest, they always do, and the only one I find that does consistently. Went here with my fiancé to shop around at buy some coils for my vape. The man at the counter completely ignored us when we walked in and was talking on the phone. We were there for maybe 10 minutes looking at their different products before the guy finally stopped his phone call to tell us we need to leave since "he has a business to run" with out once offering us any help. This was mind you immediately after hearing him say he wanted a smoke break to who ever he was on the phone with. Will never go back to this...
