Subway — Restaurant in Huntsville

First, it's a Subway.

So, having said that, it's undoubtedly the worst subway I've ever been in.

Thinking this a fluke, I returned several weeks later.

Nooe.my first experience was duplicated exactly. Still the worst.

Two of the rudest, most nonchalant and disinterested employees I have ever encountered in a restaurant, even for a fast food restaurant.

Very very very slow. Stingy with all the toppings. Had to ask at least twice for "a little more..." on everything.

Thank God there is an outstanding Subway location in the Walmart across the street. More of a pain to get into, because, well, it IS in a Walmart, but we'll worth the effort.

Not sure how this particular stays open.

This is the only location near me that makes the new Cali Fresh subs. I opened it after I got home and it did not have the fresh mozzarella or the mashed Avocados. I got ripped off. They essentially gave me an overpriced turkey sub because I did not receive the sub that I ordered. If they didn't have what a sandwich is supposed to have they should've called me and told me like the Bailey Cove location does. I heard nothing from them and nobody picked up the phone when I called last night. I guess I'll never get to try that sub because I'm never going to that location again. Be cautious about ordering from here if you're not physically there to watch...

I am a 67 year old woman I purchased a sandwich ask could I please get more lettuce she said no you cannot I ask to get her manager on the phone she talk very sweet to her manager lied said I was very rude I ask for my money back I said Iam a customer why would you tell at me the woman's name was Carman then the other young woman come out said leave ..I cannot believe how badly I was talking to an treated ..I went across the street to the Walmart subway she gave me no problem on...
