My husband and I decided to go at a time when it wasn’t busy. We walked in, placed our dine in order, then as we rounded the corner to find a place to sit, we saw nothing but filthy tables. We literally couldn’t get a single table that didn’t have trash on it or wasn’t dirty in some way. Also, a large section of tables all had “reserved” on it even though there was almost no one dining in. As we sat down, we were swarmed with so many flies that we couldn’t keep them out of our faces. Easily over 50 flies buzzing around everywhere. We were so disgusted that we decided to ask to have our food bagged so we could leave. Also we had a very simple and small order, yet it took probably 20-30 minutes to get our order even though the drive through was mostly empty and the restaurant sure was. Additionally, a few people who came in after us were served before us. Plus, there were so many workers just standing around “looking busy,” doing absolutely nothing but socializing. One employee even came out of the kitchen and skipped a small line of customers to order herself some food, and her coworker took her order while there were still other customers waiting to have their order taken!! The entire trip was horrible, and we both agreed that until it gets back to the amazing service it used to have, we will not be going back....
Read moreI have to edit my review with these guys because of management. The kids that work there are doing an excellent job. The place is kept far cleaner than the local McDonald's restaurants and playlands.
The problem is with management shutting down the play area early despite corporate policy that has been provided to me from 3 other local Chick-fil-A restaurants. They shut the play area down anywhere from an hour to 2 hours before they close and having 2 toddlers upset by this repeatedly and have to drive over the mountain into town to the other locations to let them play because management won't follow policy is annoying to say the least.
One of them lost a clothing item in the play area as well. It fell behind the fencing and management claimed not to have the key. It took 3 more visits and a call to the daytime manager to get someone in the area to get the shoe and then it took a long time because they were using the area for box storage which looked more like a fire hazard than proper storage.
Train your management and you'll have a much better location. Despite reading many reviews on food being cold at this location it has always been fresh and hot when I went. Teens working the counter are always courteous and not like certain other chains I won't mention whose staff look and act like work-release...
Read moreThe employees always seem stressed, tired or irritated. At least thats the experience any time I go there. As someone who's worked for Chick-Fil-A for 4+ years FOH and BOH, I know how certain things should be done and what Chick-fil-A stands for. This location does not feel like a CFA experience, and the Truett family would not like how this business is being ran.
Every time I order, something goes wrong with the visit. In the mornings theres this one Spanish speaking person that never has a good attitude and never says "My pleasure" or let alone a "You're welcomed"
I'll order a meal most visits, multiple times ive left and gotten back to work with no straw, and a few times no fork for a mac and cheese. I didnt know we had to ask for things that normally should come with the meal. Today, I got my meal, with no straw and the grilled filet on my sandwich was cold. Most of the younger staff are a lot nicer, but depending on if its morning or night, seems to dictate when I deal with more pleasant people, but both times of the day could be a give or take. I don't normally dine in at this restaurant because of the mess and I wouldn't want to be closer to such irritable people....
