If you’re going here for the lively atmosphere, friendly waitstaff, or to catch sports on the TV with a drink in hand, this place could be just what you’re looking for. It has a bustling bar area, attentive servers, and plenty of screens to keep you entertained. For those wanting a spot to enjoy some late-night drinks and socialize, it ticks all the boxes. However, if your main reason for visiting is the food, or if you’re looking for a place to enjoy a quality meal with friends, this spot misses the mark. To start, my friend ordered a large bowl of soup, expecting a filling portion. What he received, though, was a bowl no bigger than his hand—hardly enough to satisfy. When he asked about the size, they did eventually replace it, but it was clear that they weren’t thrilled to do so, and the exchange came with some attitude. It was disappointing to see that something as simple as serving size and customer service wasn’t prioritized. As for my meal, I ordered the spicy meatball Parmesan sandwich and their “adult” macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was underwhelming and didn’t have anything “adult” about it besides the name; it was bland and didn’t have any of the rich flavor or unique twists you’d expect from something labeled as a grown-up version of a classic. And then there was the sandwich. Instead of being packed with meatballs, it was deceptively assembled with meatball halves, making it look fuller than it was. To make matters worse, the bread was hard, and overall, the sandwich felt hastily thrown together. I ended up picking out the meatballs and eating them separately, leaving the tough bread on the plate. Even though the meatballs themselves were edible, it wasn’t enough to save the meal. To be honest, the only reason we ended up at this place was because it was late at night, and there weren’t many other dining options available. If I found myself in the same situation again, I think I’d rather go home hungry than settle for a meal like this. It’s clear that their main focus is on the bar experience, not the food. While they seem to have the drinks and entertainment side figured out—the bar was lively, and many patrons seemed to be enjoying their drinks—it’s disappointing that the food quality is so far behind. For a restaurant, food should be the primary focus, with everything else enhancing that experience, not overshadowing it. It almost feels like the food is an afterthought here, and it shows in the lackluster flavors, poor presentation, and small portions. I don’t drink, so I can’t personally speak to the quality of the cocktails or other alcoholic options, but from what I observed, the crowd was happy with their drinks. If you’re interested in coming here strictly for the drinks, sports, and the upbeat bar vibe, you might find what you’re looking for. But if you’re planning on enjoying a good meal or dining with friends, I’d recommend choosing another spot. As of now, I don’t plan on returning unless there’s a major shift in food quality and customer service. Until then, I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. It has potential as a bar and social venue, but when it comes to the food, this restaurant needs a serious revamp.

I recently visited Twin Peaks, and while there was an issue with my food order, bartenders Dounia and Victoria completely turned the experience around with their exceptional service. They are the reason this review is 5 stars! From the start, Dounia took charge, greeting me warmly and making sure I felt welcome. When my food came out incorrect, she immediately noticed and reassured me that she would get it fixed right away. Her professionalism and genuine concern stood out, and she handled the situation like a pro. Victoria seamlessly stepped in to assist, working alongside Dounia to ensure I was comfortable while the kitchen corrected the mistake. They kept me updated, offered me another drink on the house, and made the wait feel effortless with their friendly and attentive service. When the correct order arrived, they both delivered it together, double-checking that everything was perfect and making sure I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to find such a dynamic duo that works so well together. Dounia and Victoria’s teamwork, charm, and commitment to excellent customer service made my visit memorable. If you’re looking for incredible hospitality, they’re the ones to see at Twin Peaks. These ladies truly go above and beyond!

December 23rd 2023: I naively thought of a different kind of twin peaks before we walked in and laid eyes upon the hostess. As my stunned gaze adjusted to the lodge-like lighting, I slowly scanned the bar area to find a half dozen scantily clad (understatement) Mrs Clauses in their 20s busily serving a mostly middle aged male clientele. I say “mostly” because there were also some families with young children. Shocking to me since I could never imagine my parents taking me to such a place. I would not say the waitresses were wearing lingerie, at best bras and panties, but mostly what I would call fetish garments. It was nearly impossible to make eye contact with our server - a very shapely young woman - Aaliyah. The food was good, not the best, but not bad. The burger was good and not huge. It was perfectly cooked. The fries were very tough and chewy. The tacos were adequate, small, the flavor was good. The guacamole was good. The chips were fresh. The beer was the perfect ice cold libation. It is clear the food is the number two reason people go there.

Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to the star of the show: Tayler, the one and only server at Huntsville Twin Peaks who made my dining experience an adventurous journey into the world of charming mishaps and unforgettable moments.

From the moment Tayler greeted me, I knew we were in for a treat. With a smile that could light up the room (and maybe even the whole neighborhood), they immediately set the stage for what would become an amusing performance.

Tayler had a knack for taking multitasking to a whole new level. It was like they had an invisible twin, splitting their attention between juggling trays of food and trying to remember everyone's orders. I'm pretty sure they could've given lessons on how to be in two places at once. It was truly a sight to behold and had us all wondering if they secretly had superpowers.

Now, let's talk about Tayler's unique way of engaging with her customers. As she took our drink orders, it was like we were part of an improv comedy show. Tayler had a quick wit and a talent for hilarious banter. I couldn't help but chuckle as she seamlessly incorporated jokes and witty remarks into the conversation. She definitely knew how to keep us entertained between bites.

But what impressed me the most was Tayler's ambition to innovate in her food presentation. Who needs a plain ol' regular serving style when you can have an artist like Tayler creating pyramids out of fries or building mind-boggling sculptures with chicken wings? Every plate was a masterpiece, and I couldn't decide whether to eat it or put it on display at a modern art museum.

Oh, and let's not forget about Tayler's "magic" moments. It was like they were secretly trained in the art of sleight of hand. I swear, at one point, they had me convinced that my fork had transformed into a spoon right before my eyes. Houdini would have been proud!

In conclusion, Tayler at Twin Peaks Huntsville turns regular dining into an experience unlike any other. With their charming demeanor, impressive multitasking skills, and knack for comedic timing, she truly makes the restaurant shine. So, if you're looking for an adventure filled with laughter, delicious food, and a dash of magic, then Tayler at Twin Peaks is your perfect match. Just be ready to be entertained and prepared to share a memorable dining experience with this extraordinary server.

Just don’t tease her about her New York accent or strong lisp. She reminds me of an out of work PE teacher trying her hand in the...

Just want to take a moment to call out exceptional service... which is kinda rare these days.

We had the pleasure of dining at Twin Peaks (Huntsville, AL) tonight for a birthday celebration, and our waitress, Allison P., was nothing short of phenomenal. Managing a party of eight is a challenge on its own—especially when some guests have a few extra requests—but Allison handled everything with ease, patience, and an incredible attitude.

From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and on top of everything. Drinks were always full, orders were accurate, and she made sure everyone was taken care of. The real test of her exceptional service? When one of our guests decided to change their order AFTER the food had already been delivered. If I were in her shoes, I might have had a meltdown, but Allison remained nothing but kind, accommodating, and completely unfazed.

And here’s the kicker—we weren’t even her only table. She was balancing multiple groups at once, yet never made us feel like we were a burden or an afterthought. No matter how chaotic things got, she kept her cool, maintained her professionalism, and delivered an outstanding experience for everyone.

Allison is the kind of server every restaurant needs—someone who can handle anything with grace and a smile. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for an A+ dining experience.

Thank you, Allison P., for your patience, kindness, and top-tier service—you truly...
