I should have read their reviews before using them…I took my husbands iPhone in for a warranty screen replacement and had scheduled the appointment a week out because he had to have his phone for work m-f. I take the phone in on Saturday, it took an hour to get it checked in, and at first they were trying to tell me they had to send it out for repair. I told them no it is a routine cracked screen and if that was the case I will take it to apple instead, should have done it. Well they tell me it is gonna be about 3 hours to fix and they will call when it is done. We live an hour outside of Huntsville so we decided to make a day of it. 3 hours later no call so we go back up there and it takes 30 more minutes to get help. The phone was done, no call but oh well we got it done. Until today 9 days later they call to say the part isn’t in Apple’s system so there for it will void our apple care and they have to put a new screen on that is in the system. So it will be this weekend and hopefully everything...
Read moreThe wait time was extremely long. I called and talked to someone named Adrian. I gave Adrian the details on what I needed which was difficult enough Adrian put me on hold then we're supposed to be finding what I needed. I was on hold for so long that I was Auto transferred to another attendant. But I explained that I was already being helped by Adrian. After considerable time and effort to try to get back to Adrian I was informed that this is actually a call center. So now I'm going to have to start over with explaining what I needed to the new person who I'm sure was going to put me on hold again. I've been on this merry-go-round with the Geek Squad before so it's my fault 4 trusting that they have improved their customer service. Won't be calling them again caveat emptor they're just going to try to upsell you if you get any help at all. That Depot place is starting to look...

Told the geek squad rep I would need an afternoon appointment at 4 since I work. Was told this was no problem. The morning of the appointment they called and said they would be on their way at 11:30am. I told them I was scheduled at 4 to which I was told they would not still be working at that time. The guy argued with me that they don’t set appointments. Told him I couldn’t be there. He suggested Sunday for a reschedule which I said would work. Waited more than half the day and decided to call to inquire about my appointment. I was hung up on, probably accidentally. Called back and was told I didn’t have an appointment scheduled for today.
