Really nice spot for both adults & kids. I was visiting a friend in AL and we took our boys for bowling and the arcade. There's an ax throwing section (for adults), pool tables, restaurant & bar area, & sports side so you can watch TV, etc. If you order a pitcher of drinks then you have to p/u at the snack bar by bowling lanes & take back to your seat. The manager, Psalm offered to carry it for us to the table & handed us a stack of plastic cups for 4 people & napkins. I gave most cups back as I thought that was wasteful since we wouldn't need so many. Maybe b/c we had 2 pitchers he thought it was a group but I'd still ask how many. The food was really good! We ordered chicken tenders & fries & boneless chicken wings. I ordered a burger & onion rings (see pic). This burger pic was the original witht he hard bun, but th food really is good and looks a lot better than this! My top bun was hard as a rock. I picked it up & tried to bite & my teeth literally didn't go through it. The manager, Psalm, was notified. He apologized, took my plate & another order was brought out. I'm still trying to figure out how the bun got so hard & how the person who made it didn't feel that when putting it together. 🤷🏽‍♀️ So, they have these 🤖 that bring your order to you (see pic). You place your order using a touch screen & note the table # you're sitting at. The robot brings your food directly to your table. It even senses if something/someone is in the way & will go around it. Once it arrives, you can press the 'finish' button on it, screen says delivered and it goes back to the kitchen area. Really neat concept & since the kitchen is in another area away from the restaurant/ bar it cuts down on workers constantly having to walk back & forth a distance. I'm on the fence as to whether I like the concept enough since the food is not covered as the robot is moving around people. If they add sliding doors or covers on certain parts then it would be perfect. When we got here (7pm ish) there was an hour wait for a lane. It worked out well, since our lane was ready by the time we finished eating. Bowling was fun! Each person can choose if they want bumpers or no bumpers. Of course I lost by a few points, but I was the only one who chose not to use bumpers! 😏 After bowling, we hit the arcade! They had more games than I normally see & games fun for adults too. I normally try to avoid tge arcade b/c they're expensive, games barely give you tickets, & prizes are trash. Not this place, actually have some nice things & everyone is sure to walk away with something. In total we spent about 3-3.5 hours here! My son enjoyed it & I'd go back too. This place is SKETCHY!!! They charged our card for drinks we did not consume or order and admitted to their mistake on the phone. We had to fight to get our money back. It took a week and 6 conversations to get our refund.

Backstory: Visited June 17, 2023. Came to play laser tag and arcade games. We did that and had 3 drinks at the bar. When we left we tried to close our tab and the bartender told us we were good. She said she did not have a tab for us which was confusing, but we tipped her $10 and left. We assumed she would charge our card and that would be it. When we got home we had a charge for $43.58. We had one mixed drink and two draft beers. We knew it was not $43 worth of drinks based on the prices our friends paid while they were paying in cash.

When we called to investigate the charges we had to explain everything step by step about the charges. After being interrogated for an hour we were left with being told by their manager that we could either drive to Huntsville from where we live which is an hour away or contact corporate. They said they had no way to issue the money back to us. We brought up that we may as well file a fraudulent charge with our credit card company since they openly admitted to charging us for drinks that we didn’t drink and added a gratuity charge even after we tipped $10 cash. The final charge came out to $58.58 for our 3 drinks since they added themselves a tip on there as well. We didn’t consent or sign receipts about any of this.

After multiple communication attempts we finally received a refund. We had to initiate the contact because we were ghosted multiple times after being told we’d be receiving a call. When questioned about why we weren’t contacted, they kept putting the time off and continued cancelling the scheduled calls. The staff was not helpful in trying to resolve the situation and even accused us of buying our friends drinks which we didn’t and were trying to get us to see if our friends paid for their drinks. Our friends did pay for their drinks. They were trying to double charge us I guess.

I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. I’m sure the staff are happy about that, but I feel like they need to be investigated for skimming money from customers. If we weren’t paying attention to our credit card statement, this could have easily slipped through. The way they spoke to us on the phone is inexcusable. Whoever is running this place is going to run it...

Me and my friends wanted to have fun on Saturday night, so we went here. We were hungry so we decided to eat. The restaurant part was a mess there were tables that weren't clean and the bar wasn't clean. We decided to sit in a semi clean spot at the bar. The waitress handed us a menu in a good time frame. My friends didn't want to sit at the bar anymore, so we moved to a table that was recently cleaned. We had been sitting there for 10-15 min for someone to take our order. I had to get up and ask someone to do so. We ordered 3 burgers, my burger was to have only lettuce and extra lettuce with ketchup. My friends husband ordered a martini and I couldn't order anything because I had forgotten my ID. The drinks took about 10-15 min, 2 waters and a Pepsi. We waited 40 min for our burgers, but gave them the benefit of the doubt cause they were busy. When we received our food we dug right in, but my burger had tomato and onions on it. Seriously hate to eat tomatoes. But took that off and started munching. We also didn't receive or find jalapeños until 5-10 min after our food was delivered. We eventually noticed our food was burnt, fries included. I like crunch things but not to the point it feels like chewing on rocks. She checked on us one as in she brought the ticket; we had to ask for refills. She walked away and never came back; we finished our food and couldn't pay because we didn't have our server, and we were parched because we didn't receive our refills. At the end of this horrible service we I had to ask the manager 20 min later to check us out. We also found out she was across the way talk to guys.
