To whom this may concern, now I am ready to share my review! First and foremost let me explain my stars. None what so ever to the owners( Greedy). One is given strictly to the outstanding parents I’ve came across. It’s been a pleasure working for all my parents under my care. The parents have been understanding and supportive when it comes to their child/children. The parents understand/sees the hard work from the teachers given to their littles. The second star is for my coteachers and front staff (Mindy, Surabhi). Now to my review!!! If you are looking for a center where your child’s teacher is overworked, underpaid, can’t have a voice, and don’t she/he dare to ask for a raise this place is for you. The teachers don’t get any sick days, pto only after a whole year anniversary(use it or you lose it), we had to fight hard for bare minimum insurance. I am so happy I got out when I could, I am glowing!! Being here I fought my battles because of the love I had for my littles that I taught and for my parents and coteachers. Please parents be advised to ask(OWNERS) where your money is going! We are all going through inflation, TLE has raised tuition about three times since I’ve been there within the year. My raise request was denied and I was given a $200 (TAXED) bonus to basically keep me quiet. Employees aren’t allowed to talk about their pay with one another. We practically can’t share when we are departing with the business.

UPDATED: Our daughter has been going here since it opened, back in 2019. Let me speak for our whole family that we could not have thought this would be such an amazing experience. The owners treated our child with such respect. We would have conversations with them and they would tell us how if they heard anything negative about our daughter, he would personally go and talk to her to see what was going on. We went through 4 directors there and over all, we were really never worried about things changing. Were there times we disagreed with a few things, yes. But they always had our daughters best interest at hand and would be happy to explain the rationale. Most recently, Brittney has been the director for almost a year and she has brought on such a wonderl team. Ms. Kristie was wonderful and took care of our little girl for over a year. It was so hard when her last day come up on August 5th. But Pre-K in HEB is starting.

Thank you TLE for helping my daughter grow so much. Thank you for also making sure you hired the best candidates. Finally, your curriculum was spot on and helped her learn her ABCs.

This was a very pleasant experience and if you had after school care, we'd probably still have her go here.

As the other reviews noted, this is a very clean facility and the staff is amazing! Trust me, going through multiple directors the staff was always super friendly and caring

Back in October 2019, TLE opened and we were one of the first to have our child enrolled. Some of the reasons why we chose to enroll our child was they were professional, they allowed our children to play in their indoor playground, and they were also extremely welcoming. We have had no complaints or concerns. The campus is very secure and Jennifer (the director) has been awesome since day one. They have been flexible with us with scheduling issues as they arise.

Before Covid-19, we would walk-in and take our child to the class and pick them up. They have a fob system, so they can see who is coming in and out. Since Covid-19, the check-in process has changed to the breezeway, but they have been fantastic throughout this whole ordeal. They make sure there is only one family in the breezeway at a time, they all wear masks, and you can still feel the welcoming environment.

Our child has progressed so much, since she has been going to TLE, she was doing great at potty training (they were confident enough with starting her around 2 years and 3 months) and she was doing great. She has seemed to pickup things very quickly and part of it is her older sister, but some of it is definitely from TLE.

All we can say is that we were so happy we made the decision to enroll our child...

Our children attend this school and they absolutely love it! Our oldest was going to a different school but once our youngest was born, we were looking to switch. We found The Learning Experience in Hurst and enrolled them immediately after the tour! We were incredibly impressed by the school’s curriculum, especially their incorporation of technology and STEM, fitness and yoga, and character values. The facility is fairly new and they do an amazing job with the upkeep and maintenance. The playground is awesome and also features a splash pad for the hot summer days, which we love! Inside they have the Imagination Room which encourages creative play and is the perfect place to have recess when the weather is bad and they can’t use the playground. I could go on and on about this school, we love it so much!!

And the best part about it all is the staff. Every school looks good on paper but the people are what make the biggest difference. As a parent, you want to send your children somewhere where you trust the staff to keep your children safe and where you know they’ll be loved, and this school has exactly that. Our children are excited to go to school, they adore their teachers, and the staff is truly the best. If you’ve read this far into my review, what are you waiting for?? Schedule a tour!!
