First time here. My daughter told me how wonderful it was portions and quality. I can definitely say I do not agree. I ordered her food 2 bacon and cheese jalapeño biscuit no egg because she has and allergy. I ordered the chicken bacon jalapeño biscuit. We also ordered two coffees. We received two bacon egg and cheese biscuits. I told them that they we had ordered no egg because of her allergy. They said they could not do this.Then proceeded to take the egg off with tongs right in front of me. My daughter has ordered and received it with out egg every time before. Mine came with a stale hard regular biscuit not the jalapeño one I ordered. My daughter was surprised at the size of the biscuit she said once again she had always had good experiences and that things must have changed. The food was good (dinner) but a Facebook post stated dinner would start at 5 pm on the day we went. One person in our party ordered chicken fried steak at 5:30 and was told she couldn't order it until 6. Even when shown the Facebook post, no dice on the chicken fried steak. Ordered alternate food, told they were out of hamburger buns. Ordered alternate bread. They forgot to bring it the two year old's meal of chicken strips when the adults meals were brought out. Twenty minutes later the kids meal came out and the chicken was raw in the center and was sent back. Another twenty minutes later, after the adults shared meals with child and we were finished the kids meal finally came out. Asked for box for the kids meal and our ticket, twenty minutes later we had to go find a box and our ticket so we could pay and leave. I found this place while visiting my grandmother in Hutch. I absolutely love this place, great atmosphere, and snuggled into the Clayworks. I absolutely love the jalapeño biscuits with sausage and cheese, they were good! The coffee here is also really good, both hot and cold, with the typical combinations. Additionally, while sipping your coffee, there's fantastic art all over the building, waiting for a buyer. I think it's great, the staff are all friendly and patient, and vibe is chill.
