The lady with the accent had been making my day every time I pop in, for years now. Always do kind to me, vs the unfortunate experiences I've had with the ACTUAL manager . . ... This was my favorite location. Ordered last night at 9 (closest at 10) sent my husband to pick up and they were closed before 9:30- they canceled my order. So I ordered again today at 6pm and asked for my sandwich to be warmed (very nicely) and it was ice cold.. and bread hard as a rock. They didn't even attempt. So yeah I'll just keep driving across town where they actually care...
