I loved how they wash there hands before they serve next person , I love how the female worker coverd my bread bc of couple flies ..But they were quick , listen to what I wanted on my sandwiches and prices for 2 foot longs with the coupon , was very affordable..15.14 love it

The staff were very slow and our sandwiches were not made correctly even though she asked and was given our order 4 times for each sandwiche we ordered 3 sandwiches took over 37 minutes to get them they were the wrong sandwiches with the wrong ingredients but still tasty

Other than being extremely overpriced $26 Plus with no tip for two sandwiches two bags of chips that are very very small by the way and two drinks no that's $13 a piece that sit down restaurant prices and sometimes that's even high for a sit-down restaurant the food itself was good fresh the staff was fine they were very very caring and they listened and did exactly what we were asking them to do made the sandwiches perfectly all was good but the prices are...

The lady with the accent had been making my day every time I pop in, for years now. Always do kind to me, vs the unfortunate experiences I've had with the ACTUAL manager . . ... Y'all clearly need to get some priority straight and put your customer service champs in your number one seed. As a manager myself, I'd KILL for someone with those customer service skills and the work ethic .. how unfortunate to...

This was my favorite location. Ordered last night at 9 (closest at 10) sent my husband to pick up and they were closed before 9:30- they canceled my order. So I ordered again today at 6pm and asked for my sandwich to be warmed (very nicely) and it was ice cold.. and bread hard as a rock. They didn't even attempt. So yeah I'll just keep driving across town where they actually care...
