Absolutely terrible experience. 30th Street in Hutchinson, Kansas i. . The Tall blonde lady with tattoos cussing in front of customers calling customers names acting like she was completely put out by having to serve us actually stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes. Listening to her and the gentleman at the drive-thru window talk but was never acknowledged. She was actually making fun of a deaf customer and then telling people to hurry up and take the order so she can get them the hell out of here . At one point she complained about having to find us glasses and wasn't sure if they were even clean. Have us our fries by literally slamming the bag on the counter. Also bathroom is seriously disgusting grime all along the wall behind the toilet along the edge of the wall board actually left and called corporate to complain.

Pretty disappointed over all… I had ordered the all-American meal with no pickles and no mustard on my Burger, and extra onions. When I did get my meal, the French fry portion was scarce to say the least. And my Burger didn't have extra onions On it… it didn't have any to start with. So I had to take my Burger Backup to the counter and handed to another clerk after one of the assistant managers is who had Originally inspected my order as she handed it to me. Love love love me some Spangles! Everything I've ever ordered has been hot fresh and delicious! My favorite is the Philly cheesesteak. I sometimes add jalapeños for some heat, but it is yummy as is. Cherry cheesecake slide and the turtle slides are so good! Also love that they serve their fries in a cup.. so much easier when driving! Oh.. did I forget the grilled cheese??? Omg! Best ever! And the onion rings are really good too! Ok... I've seriously never ever had a bad thing from them ever. AND... the service has always been good! Sometimes a short wait... but very short and...
