Would give it a 5 stars, but due to a bad experience the rating is being reduced. Walked 20 min to this location several weeks ago at night due to the buses running late. Went into the store with a coupon for a free scoop. The cashier told me he couldn't honor it because the system was down. He told me to come back the next day. I told him my coupon expired that day. He serves me my free scoop & handed it to me, which I appreciated. What I didn't appreciate is him being too lazy to do his job. I also felt he lied to me because he didn't want to do his job. While frustrating, I decided to let it go and move on. On a later date (today, 9/24/24), when I got off work with a craving for ice cream, I called ahead to avoid another wasted trip.
