Sharks Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

I have came here quite a few times. The wings and fish were very good! They had nice size wings and changed the frying oil the proper way.I was here on March 25,2024 ordered a 10 wing dinner for the grandkids to split. Had forgot about myself and ordered a 4 wing. At home ready to eat chicken at last!! Kids had theirs and I had mine!! Opened it up crusty little wings ( wasn't looking that good or that bad to me). Bit into it; tasted like fish and chicken grease! Awful!!! Bone all black like old chicken and bad grease!! Asked the kids about theirs and was told it wasn't that good but they were hungry. Had to tell them next time food isn't right tell me and don't eat it!! My bad I should have looked. Went today the cashier I see regularly was there and a black guy was cooking in the kitchen that I had seen before. Told the cashier what happen. Thought it was the same guy managing before in early April, but I was mistaken. I guess the good manager is gone. And I already had ordered my chicken. SAME BAD CHICKEN!! I visited this sharks July 17th and ordered the usual over the phone. I get to this restaurant and am getting ready to pay, when the lady asks if I want hot sauce. I had a big order and asked for 5 hot sauces and 3 mild sauces. The lady proceeded to stare at me and said no. I was shocked because what kind of service is that? What good customer service rep are you? To top it off every time I visit, a new lady is at the register with the nastiest attitude. Never changes, and you would think so many new faces would at least eventually bring someone who does a good job, correctly and courteously. Anyways, My boyfriend said he’d pay extra for the hot sauces NO PROBLEM and he proceeds to try to hand the lady $5 dollars and the lady changed her mind or something and said don’t worry about it. The simple fact that I was given a hard time for food I’ve ordered many times before and never had such snobby attitude. We don’t like to deal with that kind of people so we told her she could keep the 5 dollars as a tip, EVEN THOE HER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. Please everyone please do not i repeat do not buy food from this place they are selling bad fish to the customers suppose to be catfish fillet and its swai fish and swai fish is not good for anybody to consume.They on top of it all they do not even tell people that is spending money with them.If you ask for catfish that's what they suppose to give you wrong they dont and i will be reporting this place to the BBB and Health department.i spent $33.00 on what was suppose to be cat fish and the manger did not want to give me my money back because i did not bring in the food after having the food for a day in my house and after telling him that i stay a ways away not in the city so sorry i most definitely will not go back...
