Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

The Hispanic female (with the glasses) employee at the 1400 E. 47th St that's working the register really needs training on customer service and how to talk to people. I was talked to disrespectfully and basically brushed off because she got my order wrong. Then the Indian manager didn't do anything to try and deescalate the situation. I've been patronizing at this location for over 6 years and not once did I get treated with disrespect like I did today. I noticed that this is a repeated offense for her when it comes to customers and I don't even want to say of color but it seems that she has a hard time talking to a person appropriately and management needs to address this issue immediately because nowadays in this day and time with everything that people have going on in their lives since this pandemic no one is going to accept anyone's attitude like that! This is honestly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the Bronzeville area. I been to this location a few times and every time either my coffee was made wrong or the lady with the glasses gives me a hard time. Today, I went into this location to grab some breakfast for my son.. the lady with the glasses ask me to repeat my order several times and I did.. I noticed she rung me up for the wrong item and she rudely said to me that’s what I said and that she was right and I was wrong.. she continued to go back and forth with me about the order. She continued to yell at me in front a store full of customers..when I asked her for her name and the manager’s information, she refused to provide the information and yell in the store “he’s not here , he’s not here”.. she is very rude and I will never spend my money at that...

Visited today and the employees insisted I pick up my order from the register where a woman was already standing with her mask under her nose. I politely ask them to hand it to me and they refused. I then explained the proper way to wear a mask and they got upset. The Dunkin donuts employee should have told her to put on her mask properly. I will never visit there again.
