Fisherman's Island — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

I buy from this particular location all the time and has never had a problem til today. I ordered the #27 which is king crab and 1/2 lb shrimp, when usually I order #14 which is snow crab and shrimp the menu stated 29.99 but I was charged 38.49 when I asked why was I charged so much I was told prices vary which makes no since if the menu states one price that’s what I expect to be charged.Than once I received my order my shrimp was missing. The cashier was polite about the situation and did accommodate but I find it very ridiculous to have a menu with prices and than turn around and charge something else it’s very rude and unprofessional but I want to make it very clear this my first time having a bad experience with this place I just ask that y’all do better...

We usually order from 66th but we were over East and wanted Seafood the little girl who took my order was sweet until i had to let her know they didn't get my orders right I paid for an upgrade that I did not get on top of two of my 3 orders being completely wrong and when I explained to them that my order was wrong the girl got mad and tried to tell me I told her the wrong thing I waited for about 10 minutes for them to correct it came back and it was still wrong the whole time I was waiting there were four other people who had orderes who were also wrong when my order was finally fixed the girl then tried to charge me extra the icing on the cake though was when we sat down to eat both the broccoli and the crab legs we're bad from now on we'll just stick with...

I have to say thank you, for showing up to work during this pandemic. Now let me tell you about how bad this place is running, It is hard right now, but if you are making your job harder for you im sorry I don't fill bad for you. I called in my order only to have to wait over 80 mins , mind you I called from home 25 min before I got their, so now I get their the line around the building, at this time 15 has passed in the line, now I call from the line, she tell me "your food been ready", I say so can i walk in a get it, she tell me "you have to wait in line", I told her "that is where I'm calling from and that I have been their 15 plus mins".
