So after 5 to 10 minutes of ordering the pizza online I called because there was an error in ordering my pizza online thinking that the restaurant would be accommodating even if I had to pay the extra amount wouldn't have been the issue the fact that you are in the hospitality industry and you are not trying to be accommodating to people that are taking a chance on ordering your food believing in your product it's disheartening to me being that I am a chef myself and wanted to try a restaurant that was very local to my home the fact that I called and the young lady was not try to rectify the situation anyway that she possibly can other than telling me the pizza was in the oven and there couldn't be any changes made that only leaves a bad taste in my mouth but a horrible memory that I will never ever order from this place again I would not have had an issue with paying the extra money for getting what I wanted but the fact that I paid for something and didn't get what I wanted it's more disheartening I can only hope that you may review this and try to correct your policy is in the way that you handle customers on a day-to-day minute-to-minute hour by hour experience but as far as this customer I am your positively certain that even though this is the first time that I have ever ordered this without a doubt will be my last time I will ever order from...
Read moreI would caution against ordering from this establishment, both online and in-person. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their online ordering system was quite frustrating. Despite clicking on "order pickup," the order did not go through due to issues with their online system. I only found out about this when I arrived to pick up my order. When I inquired about the payment I had already made, the staff informed me that I would need to contact the third-party website I had ordered from. They did not take any responsibility for the issue or offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Furthermore, during my visit to the restaurant, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested in resolving the issue and even attempted to charge me an unreasonable amount for a small cup of marinara sauce. When I pointed out the exorbitant price, they showed no willingness to rectify the situation.
In short, I believe that this establishment does not prioritize customer satisfaction. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is disappointing that they did not offer any apology or compensation for their mistakes.
