the Young dred manager "varo" WAS Unattentive, VERY HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, and Absolutely disgustingly DISRESPECTFUL. I waited in line "on an 6ft Circle" in that Establishment..whilst my "Team Member" Patronized the Restroom. While She was in there...I'm waiting in line behind A older lady who varo was making an sandwich for. He, saw me...approach While she was done. I told him I Would like a "Vito" or Italian sub on wheat. He ignored me.. I spoke up Again. I Would like a Vito. He mumbled.. I can't take your order..you got to get in line. I told him I was..he rudely waved me off with his gloves on..and pointed to Talk to the young lady at his side. She was finished with an customer..so she walked behind him to towards the rear of the restaurant..near the back by the Restroom. I spoke to him Again and Said why can't you take my order. I was standing here. Now Another customer/lady walked in. The same young woman that Heard me speaking with him...came up and Took her Order. NOW.. I AM VERY Perturbed!!! Im like, So varo...you told me talk to "jada". ..you said she Would take my order. Now..she's Taking Another order. Jada very rudely said to me..So u just want me To STOP taking this lady order for you? I SAID.. What I want you two to DO...is ACKNOWLEDGE..that I'M Here. Standing Here, BEEN waiting HERE... For one of YOU two...to Take MY Lunch ORDER??!! Now..my team member has Come out the Bathroom..looking At what is occurring. And Doesn't Want to order Anything! I asked who is The manager...do you know...the First person I WAS initially Talking to...said I Am. I said...in an very stunned Voice. You Are the manager young man? He said "YEAH"..very blatant and basic. I said What is your name? The dred head unprofessional young guy said...irritatingly.."varo". I said..could you please spell that. He spelled it. I said..who is the regional director of this jimmy johns..he said I don't know? Very mean and rude. I said Listen you NEVER acknowledge me..even when I approached the counter. Jada..started to giggle and laugh...while still taking the NEW customers long order. He said..in a huff. Look! What do you want to order??... I said, I TOLD you twice initially". Now..you want to take it?? After ALL this. I said. NO. Get said to me..Now Get this..Well then if You NOT ordering nothing and im NOT going to keep talking to you about What I did or Didn't Do. You gotta LEAVE. I said..now..you Telling ME to Look Leave, To go..because YOU messed UP. You Never Acknowledge Me..and I said What I would Like when I stepped UP to this Counter. ..jada Heard me and you Talking. She failed To Take my Order. I said..what's WRONG with you two? They both started giggling again. I said..and you laughing In MY face? I said Are you knowledgeable of what You're Doing? How is it you are the manager here? Is the owner your relative? I told him... Definitely Would be contacting Corporate. He SHOULD be Terminated. He said he didn't care. And if I didn't leave he was Calling the police Again. I told him CALL them for What Exactly?? I Said He was a Clown for that..he turned into a "Kevin"..on his Own kind. He has HORRIBLE customer Service with NO repercussions Behind His Blatant disdain for a person patronizing this place. So..these franchise companies CAN treat Paying Customers..the Public however they want. Take Our Money..with NO accountability or care I Will be Also Contacting The States Attorney General Regarding This. There's Just NO way...a Stranger, A Person wanting "Lunch"..should Be Treated, Spoken too, Mishandled SO Horribly and RUDELY. I have NEVER dealt With something so low.

I explained to her I never ate from Jimmy John's and saw that they had a new 9 grain what sandwich and that I wanted that in a combo. She kept saying ok but what sandwich you want for the 9 grain. I asked if she can explain what she meant and she smacked her lips and hung up on me. This was today 1/7/19 at approx 10:50am very rude customer service. I will go elsewhere and not to mention I called back to speak to the manager at 11:10am and he choose to say my worker thought you were pranking her by asking what did she mean by what sandwich. I said how can someone prank SOMEONE by asking what comes on the sandwich if they never ate there before. He said because you kept asking so I asked for his name he said he don't have to give me his name. Which he is the manager. So I asked is this how you guys conduct business and he said look I don't know who you are and i don't know if your calling to place a order or cause trouble. I told him causing trouble is definitely not in my character I have stuff to loose. So I would rather not be placed in that category. When I was a manger working fast food this is and was not the way we handled situations. So I told him my name and he said ok well my name is Dom. Read moreI would like to say this the worst delivery I’ve ever had in my entire life. I used to be a delivery driver for Jimmy John’s back around 2017 to 2019. I don’t know if it’s the management but I would not be ordering anything from Jimmy John’s at this location or unless I’m actually at the store. The manager lied and told me we was on the same page when I called as far as my address just to tell the driver she got the address wrong. Received my delivery hour later Just for my pickle to not be in the bag. Then the manager asked me to void my order because the driver was on the way, Which was super weird. I didn’t void my order. I waited until I got my food delivered. The first time I called about my order one of the Employees at the shop told me to hold down for about 10 minutes and when I called back once he heard my voice he hung up the phone. I called again an and asked for the manager. Unprofessional at it best. Also the reviews on here is inane. Honestly they fire everyone and hire people who actually care about customer service. Didn’t even get an straw with my drink🤦🏽♂️....
