Subway — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

Rarely do you find a fast serve restaurant where they remember you and apply special attention to your order. This particular Subway is located between my job and a sick relative. He actually requests that I get his salad from this restaurant. Very nice gentlemen who usually prepares my order. (I believe his name is Kazi) I will definitely be a repeat customer. One star off due to the parking situation. There are maybe 4 stores in this strip mall.....and roughly 8 places to park. Highly frustrating. *Updated So I haven't been here in quite awhile. I returned placed my order through the app only to have the salad not ready. First problem the guy told me they discontinued the "chopped" salad. Second problem he didn't know the difference between cheddar and mozzarella...and had the nerve to argue with me about it. Today is June 11 about 430am I get off work I came in to get a sandwich. The worker there did not greet me, did not say he will be with me in a min; he continued to put cheese on bread and add bread into the oven. Not once did he make eye contact with me. I walked out. The workers at this subway have bad customer service as if they are doing us a favor. We are bringing you business. I believe that we need to stop supporting there businesses in our neighborhood because they aren’t nice to us and do not give us any respect. I will not go to this subway they will not get my hard earn money, I encourage my community...

This location I will never go to due to the rude service you will get in the over time hours from one Indian mid 30s look gentleman. He has attitude every time someone comes in there. Acts like he can not here always out of stuff and very rude. Then most of the products are old like the spinach, lettuce, or cucumbers. When the young brother or young Indian gentlemen are there the stuff looks fresh no attitude no bad service. Everyone I work with complains about this guy. Personally subway needs the let him go and if he is the owner that location needs to be boycotted...
