Terrible experience! Ordered 2 lunch specials, 3 large pork fried rice orders, and a Pea Pods with Beef dinner. I received the food to-go and the Pea Pods with Beef container had celery, carrots, water chestnuts, onion, mushrooms, and Pea Pods. The menu stated this meal was only Pea Pods, mushrooms, and Beef. First, I can't have celery and second the majority of the dish was comprised of just all the veggies I listed. I called the restaurant and was told that I apparently need to "verbally say what I Don't want in the dish". Ummm...okay. So there's lots of things I don't want in this, like ketchup, mustard, mayo, avocado, etc. However, I do want all of the things that are LISTED ON THE MENU!!! Had to go back a second time to receive what I ordered, no big deal. When it gets back to me (I'm at work so my 21 yr old kiddo is running for me in my car), they threw the box in the paper bag not sealed. It leaked and pooled in the paper bag making it soggy, falling apart, and the bag is stuck to the container. To top it all off, the to-go container isn't even 3/4 the way filled. I am furious. I stop working, drive over to the restaurant (now 3 trips back and forth with gas at $4 a gallon) and show them. I get a refund. That's it. They should've remade it AND refunded me. Nope, they took the food back and refunded only the dinner. Ridiculous. I've been a loyal patron for decades and my kids love this place because of that....

New to the area. Ordered online, total nightmare. Website made you create an account and verify your email and order was lost. Online menu and ordering is not user friendly. Bare minimum descriptions of what menu items were.

Staff was very friendly when picking up, but they forgot our sweet and sour sauce for one of our orders. We should have checked, but still very frustrating.

Food was tasty. Their chow mein was different than anything I've ever tried. The fried shrimp was exactly what I wanted, tempura style. Not the butterfly panko style, thankfully! I usually do not like deep fried potstickers, but these were so tender. Wish there was a sauce for them other than soy though.

The hot and sour soup was good, but not a fan of all the extra items. Could have been a bit spicier but overall pleasant.

Portions seemed a bit small for the price. Everything was boxed up in separate small take out boxes rather by meal. Seemed like there was too much rice. A small take out box of deep fried chicken for the sweet and sour meal was $14.95. That seems a bit overpriced IMO.

But again, the food was overall good. Daughter and I plan on going back and dining in to try them again, so that says I liked the food. At this price though, it's not something I can see myself buying more than once every few months.

I'm very surprised at all the positive reviews on the customer service here. I had an appalling experience that needs to be looked into. I went the other night with my husband and a friend. It was Monday 5/24/2021 around 8 in the evening. Apparently that was a big no no according to our waitress. She was over at our table giving us water or something( I can't remember), when another party walks through the door. She turns to us and in a disgusted voice says "I don't know why everyone comes in after 8, don't they know we close at 9." There was hardly anyone else there.. After that she rushed off to help them. My party and I felt a little awkward and uncomfortable after that. We had just walked in after 8 as well...we had things to do before that and couldn't come sooner. When we were about to leave we over hear her conversation with another customer. The customer said the rest of his party was almost there (they hadn't arrived yet and she had just brought the food out). She said rudely "well I'd like to go home". I could not believe what I had heard. That was probably the most unprofessional customer service language I had ever heard. Even though the food was average, it was the WAITRESS who really turned me off from never coming back. No thanks. Who ever this person is needs...
