I would not recommend going to the location on 17th St. across from the mall I called in and placed an order over the phone. I ordered two of their hot and ready little Caesars pepperoni pizza. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes when I arrived, and I went up to the counter, I explained to them that I placed an order over the phone. I explained what it was the gentleman who was helping me Said he didn’t have anything in the system for me. He asked me if it was a mobile order I said no it was over the phone. I called it in. I said maybe you guys took down my name wrong. I asked them several different ways to look it up. They said no we don’t even have in an order called in at all, so I showed them my cell phone. I showed them the timestamp the date the phone number that I called I even said is this the 17th location? Is there a different location? Am I at the wrong location? they said no this is the right one. We just don’t have any orders for you. So instead of just taking down my order and getting me what I ordered, they sat there and argued with me as if they didn’t have anything for me and they weren’t gonna help me a bystander then got in the middle of it started running their mouth telling me I needed to be nice to the worker when I wasn’t even being rude I was just simply showing them my phone proving to them that I did call in an order because they were telling me they didn’t have any Call ins so I told the bystander to shut their mouth because it was none of their business. Then the worker at the front told me that I needed to be nice to their customers and in my mind I’m going then what am I? I’m a customer and it’s OK for them to disrespect me and be rude to me and it’s OK for you to be rude to me and call me a liar because I showed you proof on my phone that I called in the order and you’re telling me there wasn’t one so I kind of felt. This whole thing could’ve been handled completely different how they would’ve provided better customer service experience The worker could’ve just said I’m sorry I don’t see anything in here but no big deal. We can just get you what you need instead he sat there and argued with me even after I showed him proof in my phone that I called finally they get me my pizzas that I ordered along with the crazy combo to drink, and I asked for lots of animal crackers for the kids Then him it was either him or the assistant manager when they came out they asked me if I had kids and I said yes and they said well we have to see proof before we can give you animal crackers. That is the first time I’ve ever had anybody tell me I need to show proof of my children. And was crazy as the assistant manager came out never once asked what the situation was or what the problem was all the assistant manager did when they came out with said it’s ready for you to put your card in for you to pay so they just basically treated me as if I didn’t call in an order Now here’s your order you need to pay for it and leave and we need to see proof of your kids before we can give you animal crackers. The way they treated me the way they handled things and then allowed the bystander to get in the middle of it when it was their fault in the first place was not OK and then just sit here and tell me that I need to not tell customers to shut up when they get into the middle of it when it’s not their business in the first place, but it’s OK that the bystanders could treat their other customers like that It just was not a very good experience I even explained to the assistant manager this didn’t even need to happen in the first place asked for the manager’s phone number and information and all they did was tell me to call back on Tuesday morning that they couldn’t provide me a number I’ll never be back at...
Read moreBecause of the long lines I had stopped going to Little Caesars Pizza. I heard about the app, downloaded it and tried it last night. I ordered my pizzas from my phone while in a line at a nearby pharmacy. By the time I was leaving the pharmacy I had received a notification that my pizzas were ready. When I arrived at Little Caesars I noticed the line was well into the parking lot (on a Wednesday night). I tried not to act smug as I sauntered past the line of cold, starving, pizza lemmings. I remembered with remorse the days that I, too, had waited in that line. I went past the cashiers, the only words escaping my lips were a mumbled "Excuse me" when I came too near others. The Pizza Portal digital warming oven stood in front of me with my name in lights. I entered my code on the screen and a little door opened revealing the slot containing my family's dinner. I grabbed the boxes and bags, punched the "Done" button, and the door closed. As I walked thru the exit door I glanced back at the queue of open-mouthed onlookers and marveled at the technology that allowed me to almost avoid any human contact and spend less than 30 seconds retrieving my dinner so that I could rush home and bask in a cheesy dinner with family and friends. Thank you, Little Caesars, for treating me like a King while eating the...
Read moreHot n ready pizza? More like cold n old pizza. I placed an order in the app and I waited nearly an hour with no updates in the app on my order. I finally went in and sure enough it was done, but instead of them keeping it warm for me, they left it out to cool. Luckily I have a microwave at home. After I reheated the pizza, it tasted decent. But don't get the garlic parmesan wings. It's basically wings in a garlic parmesan mixture bowl...so a really weird soup.I was expecting wings in a box that had a reasonable amount of sauce on them. Anyway, I microwaved the wings and ate them. The wings themselves were decent, but the sauce was very overkill. I probably won't get them again. You could have killed an entire family of vampires with that single bowl. Overall, I was happy I was able to get something to eat, but was very unimpressed otherwise. This location really needs to step it up...at least in the evening hours. There is almost a constant flow of customers in the evening and little to no pizza is ever ready. At least take down the hot n ready signs so you aren't false advertising.
I love Little Caesars but this location has disappointed me for over a year now. Please...
