Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

We pulled into the drive thru and I asked if they had a zucchini star burger and they said “no” however on their site at that specific location it did. So I went on to order and when I got to the window I double checked if they had the burger and this time they said “yes” so I said well that’s what I wanted, but you guys said you didn’t have it. So I ended up getting a new order because they said my first order was accidentally canceled, but I didn’t mind since I wanted to change it anyways and add the burger they said they didn’t have. Then their computer froze so I wasn’t able to pay for about 10 mins and wasn’t aware if I would be able to get my food yet. The window finally opened and it was time to pay because the computer was working again but they told us to pull forward to wait for our order. So we did and I didn’t trust them to bring it out at that point so I had my boyfriend go in to grab it and to look for yellow peppers which they didn’t have no more up front sadly. So he showed them the receipt and the lady took it and then didn’t give it back and lied and said she did give it back when he was trying to remember my part of the order. They did end up finding the receipt in the back. And then gave my boyfriend the meal just for him to come back with mid fries that were dry and cold. So annoying I waited for like 20-30 mins for mid food and wouldn’t of got my burger if I didn’t clarify if...

Passing through on our way back to Olympia, WA we stopped to get lunch hoping to get back on the road quickly. I usually love Carl's Jr. especially the lettuce wrap burger (the one I got here was barely wrapped, two pieces of lettuce with 1/3 of the burger still visible). Additionally, my "extra order of chicken stars" for our daughters meal proved too complicated for the checkout person. I expected 8 stars in 2 separate bags, not seeing that in our order I returned to the store & asked about it & was told "it was tucked into the bag." I replied "no it wasn't" & I received a "so sorry I'll get that right out." Ten minutes later a bag was given to me with ONE chicken star I stared at the order looked at the check out person & said "no, I ordered an extra order of chicken starS!! Receiving a very confused look, I turned round & walked out. I hadn't the time or inclination to delve into how my order could have been that confusing. I speak English with the accent of the country I was born & raised in (NZ), but it's not that hard to understand me... if you have the option to go to one of the other locations in Idaho Falls I would...

So my recent experience last night I went to Carl's jr. On Northgate with my daughter-in-law to pick up some dinner for my grandchildren my daughter-in-law and myself. We order food the guy with the red hair is very pleasant behind the counter as we're getting our own drinks we hear the guy with the red hair tell the guy who's making the sandwiches that he threw the sandwich through the bin and it landed on the floor and it needed to be remade and the guy says it's good it in a rapper. We hear this as we are getting drinks So my daughter in law watched They presented us with the food never remaking the burger. The manager lady was very polite as we informed her what had happened so she had the burger guy remake the burgers bevouse now you don't know witch one is the one that fell on the floor. You could tell that the big guy just had an attitude about the whole thing the topper is that after this they did not put the frys in to of the three kids meal and did not see it untill we got home. I would never would recommend this Carl's Jr again I will go back to Broadway where they prepare the...
