I took my granddaughter for a fun pizza and games night at this establishment this past Sat night. I drove around several times trying to locate the handicapped parking, only to realize they didn't have any!!!! I was very reluctant to go ahead and go in anyway, but by this time, my granddaughter had her heart set on it. I found a spot far out in the lot, but was concerned that someone would come park next to me too closely, preventing me accessibility to load my wheelchair back in the car when it was time to leave. When we got inside and placed our order, I asked an older man who identified himself as a manager why they didn't have a single designated handicapped parking spot in the entire lot. He said that thier parking lot was supposed to be re-surfaced this past summer, but was postponed by the company. I responded by commenting that there wasn't even any signage indicating where these reserved spots were. He responded by saying they couldn't keep them up, because people "kept running them over". 😒 I was speechless by the complete lack of understanding that this was the LAW and his nonchalant "pass the buck" attitude. I went on to say I was concerned about being blocked in when I got back out to the car and he said "I'll be happy to make an announcement over the loudspeaker, if that's the case". He honestly thought this was sufficient and satisfied my concerns! The sad thing is, they actually have some spaces right in front of the arcade building that would be perfect for handicapped parking!!! And even better, the signs could be affixed to the building, solving the problem of the signs "always being run over", that apparently they struggle with so badly. (You'd think this was a bar, and they were dealing with drunk drivers all the time!) The attached photo is the area that would be perfect for handicapped parking. Such an easy fix! So, the lack of spaces, really boils down to ignorance and a lack of desire to fix the problem for thier patrons. ITS THE LAW!!! I won't be back.

Leo's Place has been a family gathering tradition for years for friends and family in the area, between the solid pizza, included amenities of the arcade, play area and price not included Lazer Tag, it's a fairly well rounded family friendly fun center. Included in this review are some pictures of the mentioned pizza that is made on site and sold here at Leos Place. The quality of ingredients, especially the cheese are top notch for the pizza, however, like other fun center counterparts it falls short in terms of it being overly expensive and lacking in appropriate 'party portions.' There are some party rooms that are available for rental as well. Leo's place is due for some quality of life upgrades though, as there is water damage in the ceiling and in numerous areas on the floor, along with arcade appliances either out of order or in need of some tlc. These are just a few items that could be addressed to ensure that 'Leo's Place' stays Leo's Place for the foreseeable future. Overall, for the location in Idaho Falls and where things currently stand, Leo's Place is a middle ground option for both being a fun center and family minded place to hang out together. Outside of that it becomes difficult to further recommend.

It's been years since I've been here. It's only gotten better. The kids have so much fun. Time paces so fast. When you walk in, you immediately are at the pay and order desk. It's nice because it's one less step I have to worry about when I have the small child with me. Anyhoot that that time we ordered a pizza and cheese bread. We then found our way to whatever open seating was available. The kids took off their shoes and began to play. Before you knew it the pizza way ready (about 20 minutes). We ate. It was some of the best pizza I've had in town. We then went to the arcade. Games were kinda spendy but hey what's not these days. They switched to a tap card system witch was nice. I've never seen that at an arcade before. Overall kids had a blast, wife had fun watching the kids and I had fun in the arcade. And yes they do serve beer if needed for the adults to relax. This place is definitely not high class and you do see some sketchy looking people in here but hey I had no problems and every was there for the same reason.... For the kids.

Okay, so first off I want to start by saying I'm not usually the person that just bashes a business for no reason, anyways my wife and I scheduled a gender reveal party in one of their party rooms and we had put down a deposit and also when we get there we paid a 90 or so dollar fee and on the phone when I was making the reservation I was not told that I have to have a minimum of $125 purchase instead I was angrily accosted at the restaurant when I tried to get my deposit back, the owner and manager were very loud and yelled at me so I said to them that I was not going to be accosted like this and we ended the conversation they gave me $25 back but refused to give me my other 90, this place I thought was good but the management and owners are terrible, they said we could not use our balloon with a little bit of confetti inside which they did not say beforehand there was no stipulations on the parties and we had told them it was a gender reveal party This place is not worth going to unless you're just going to order a pizza and go Do not enter the establishment unless you absolutely need to It is not worth your time The management and staff are irritable annoying and mean especially the owner he is a crotchety somewhat old man and he has an attitude that needs to be adjusted for sure. Anyways like I said the management and ownership are terrible they were very mean and aggressive and we're not very understanding so do not go to this place unless you are just picking up a pizza The pizza was pretty decent but that was it just the pizzas are good If you want a decent pizza order it online and pick it up or have it delivered via DoorDash or GrubHub or some other service anyways if you have any questions please comment on this review I am opened any questions and will offer all information regarding our kerfuffle at...

Pops and I come here all the time, and it's one of our favorite places to eat. The food is excellent and we love their staff. I'm always kicking it in their arcade, of which I think they have the most versatile selection of older and newer games. They have an old cabinet of Marvel vs. Capcom, (though it's the Japan import and sometimes the left stick is a bit unresponsive) which is one of my all time favorite fighting game series and I think they are the only place to my knowledge that has it. There's also South Park pinball and Ms. Pac Man.. Plus a bunch of other favorites. (Though I'm sad they bagged Dynamite Cop) They recently updated the arcade from a coin operation based system to a card based system, so it's quite a bit less messy to keep track of tickets or points. (Though I sometimes miss the sight of seeing a jackpot amount of tickets when I win) The playpace hasn't changed really. There's a few things different from when I was a kid, but that was a long time ago. It's still fun for the kiddies. The wait times can be a little long during the peak hours, but the wait is always worth it! My menu reccomendations are: Hawaiian Burger (Oh it's Sooooo good) Any pizza (the mini's are great if you're alone) Any salad (they are well portioned and filling) Bryer Dyer (A great toasty sandwich) Cheesy Breadsticks (with hot marinara) There's something about the way they bake their pizzas that just makes it taste really good, and whatever it is, it keeps us coming back. TIP THESE GUYS AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN. They totally...
