Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

Don't bother ordering on line at the 17th st location. When they actually get the order right, it's always 15-20 minutes late. My visit today was the worst. Apparently my order was ready when I got there, but they had "lost" the ticket. After picking up the pizza, moving it around on the counter, and looking for the ticket for 20 mins, I guess they decided no one ordered it because the moved it to a rack in the back. I'm really not sure why they didn't ask me if I had been helped or what my order was, but after the 20 mins and seeing them put what looked like could be my pizza on the back rack, I asked about my order. She had to look it up on the computer, then explained they had lost my ticket. She didn't give me my cheese bread I ordered and when I asked about it, she pointed at an empty cooler. I had to explain there was nothing in there. 1 star because 0...

I placed a mobile order at this location, and the two female employees were playing on their phones between pizzas. Multiple orders that were placed after me were prepared before my pizza, and I ended up waiting for 45 minutes. I went to talk to the employees, and they told me that “It’s not their fault there is only two of them” I completely understand getting busy and being short staffed… but when you’re telling your customers that they have to wait because you’re “so slammed” you should not be texting. I ended up leaving without a pizza because apparently “It was my fault because I didn’t ask them to bump me ahead”???? The employee wrote down my name to cancel my online order, and she had to scramble to find my order at the bottom of the stack. Will not be coming back to this location, but I do LOVE papa...

The gal making my pizza appeared to be new, possibly. She was very slow and seemed unsure of herself. Other workers were busy getting their customers done and out the door, yet when they didn't have a customer, noone offered their assistance to the gal putting my pizza together. I got the double layer pizza and when she started putting the top together, everything was just sprinkled in the center. The edges were all dry. I had to ask her to spread the ingredients around and to put sauce on the bare spots. She seemed confused with that request and wasn't sure how to do it. Noone offered their assistance, although they were just standing there.

I've been using Paps Murphys for years and have always been pleased with the outcome. Time was short and it took about 20 + min. to get out...
