Wendy's — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

I usually never post my experience at a restaurant but this experience was one of the worst. We went through the drive through and they forgot my sandwich and my cinnabuns, I called and they told me to come back and get my items (which I really didn't want to go all the way back) I went back and they gave me what they had forgotten. When I got home my sandwich was not fully cooked I couldn't even take it apart with my hands! This was supposed to be my dinner and here I was calling again to complain about my food!! I told the manager Kiley I was not about to go back for the third time so she said she would send out a coupon. I appreciate the coupon but my dinner was completely ruined!! I don't know how hard it is to take the order make sure the order is in the bag and send it off knowing your customer has all of the order! Went few weeks ago. The area by soda machine was needing managerial/ maintenance. One had no ice. One had no of certain soda like coke. There was tons of water/liquid/soda all over the floor. Nothing like trudging thru 6inches of standing liquid substance trying get a drink. Employees just ignored it. Cause shortly after we got our stuff. Was the high school lunch hour rush. The food was fine. I like the kids toy styles. More things along building something. Not just a special character plastic figure that kid lost interest in before even leave the joint. Went here around 9 at night with a friend, we were ordering through the drive thru and my friend was trying to order what she wanted. I would like to make it known that my friend has a very hard time saying certain words and letters and so she was asking me how to say something and she was going a bit slow. The person taking our order, who happened to be the manager, said that we shouldn’t be rude. She proceeded to repeat what we said to her in the same speed my friend did. She then told us to not be rude. She obviously didn’t understand my friend struggles with speech but she still shouldn’t have assumed anything.
