Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Idaho

If I could choose to put no stars I would. Community Support Center is an outpatient mental health clinic that has been providing services to those with mental illness in the magic and treasure valley's for over 20 years and every May we have our annual open house. The clients who attend our center call different business to invite them to this open house and to also see if they can get donations to provide for this open house. We called Jimmy John's 2 weeks before our open house to see if they would like to donate any food for a great cause and they told us that they would donate 30 sandwiches. We even took a packet with the flyer, and some other info such as our non profit status and some free goodies in it to this store. The day of the open house we went to collect the donated food and was told that they did not make the food and did not know what we were talking about. Then the manager called the general manager and he flat out told him to absolutely not make those sandwiches. We were really relying on that food to serve to members of the community as they attended our open house. We had to scramble to find something. All about giving second chances as I had a previous bad experience 2 months prior with an order from this location. Would have loved to increase the review but couldn't this time. Probably wont try this location again on delivery. See both experiences below.

4/2/2021 -Ordered online though app at 12:35pm Checked app at 1:10pm to track where my food was at. It was still in Order Received status. So I called the location. They person who answered said "oh yeah we have been busy but your order is to go out next". Checked the app again 1:25pm and the tracking had moved to Out for delivery at 1:19pm. The food didn't arrive until 1:45pm. Not impressed with delivery speed. Good things: Food was good like all the other Jimmy John sandwiches I have had.

1/27/2021- Ordered online though app. Took nearly 45 minutes to get delivered. When the food arrived I didn’t get a cookie that I ordered. I called the location they apologized and then said the delivery driver would bring it right out once he returned. The driver never came back to deliver it which was...

Ordered a couple times and it’s been fine but last time my order was wrong and I reached out online and the person who contacted me back said that she personally shared my experience with this locations manager and said they were sorry for the bad experience. Well the manger NEVER reached out to me in an attempt to make it right. Never heard a word. Poor customer service and I won’t be ordering again- also most of the other times I have ordered from this location the bread is dry and awful. * UPDATE* I ordered again because it’s just the fastest when I’m on my lunch break at work and I ordered a vegetarian and they sent me a turkey- I was frustrated and called because I then couldn’t eat my lunch and had to give it away- they refunded my order and then even put a credit on my account so the next time I ordered my food and delivery was on them- it made up for it. I hope in the future my orders continue to be correct. Thank you for fixing...
