I purchase pizza here every once in awhile and have had good service. Last night though, as I was waiting in the car for a friend to pick up my pizza, they experienced something different. A gentleman came in and ordered a pizza. He realized he didn't have his wallet and went to check in the car. Pizza already being made he came back and stated he had left it at home but that he only lived 10 minutes away and would be right back. It was 10 to 9 pm, closing time. The gal told the gentleman that they close at 9 pm so that wouldn't work. He insisted he would be right back, but the gal insisted they close at 9. The gentleman left upset and said never mind. So instead of saying ok I'll wait for you OR stating she could purchase the pizza, have him come back, and pay her, they ended up throwing out the pizza. Four things happened here: one they wasted product, two they provided very poor customer service to this gentleman, three that poor customer service not only affected him this visit but he won't come back, and four, it put a bad taste in my mouth and my friends mouth for this business to allow this to happen. As a business owner myself, I would definitely retrain this gal on customer service and making a sale or I would let her go! I wasn't sure what was going on with the gentleman going back and forth to his car parked a space over from where I was, but found out after what had happened when my friend came out and told me. Had I known what was going on while I was there, I would have bought his...
Read moreWORST experience, ever! I called in at 5:30 to order 2 medium pizzas. I asked twice how long it would take (since I had a 5 month old with me and we were on our way home) the young man said “15-20” minutes. So, I show up at 5:55 and nothing was ready. There were 2 young men and a young lady working. One of the boys (with glasses and an airpod in) was messing around the entire time while the place was packed with people standing around. After 15 minutes, I am told they are out of medium sized pizza dough, so I got both in a large. At that point, I thought the pizzas were going to be made. Not. After another 10 minutes, I am told there is no more chicken prepped and I’m asked what other topping I would like… I ordered a chicken, bacon and artichoke pizza. I wish I was told that when I initially called. Needless to say, I was there an entire hour with a fussy baby. The workers were messing around the entire time, the young man in glasses was extremely unprofessional and kept throwing toppings around and distracting the other 2 workers as they tried to push out pizzas. We will not be returning to the Papa Murphys on Fairview and Cole again. Completely lost...
Read moreWould rate zero stars, if possible. Indifferent staff was slow to even acknowledge my presence and when he finally took my order he charged me for an item he knew they were out of when I ordered, no mention of this when I was ordering and paying for the item. Sloppy pizza making, several gaps of crust with nothing on it. Complaint made to business, wouldn’t refund overcharge, would only offer a credit to get the item (only at that location) at some future visit. As I live across town and visited them only because my local location had experienced a power outage, it is not a location I would be inclined to visit again. Thoroughly disgusted by their lack of interest in being a business I’d want to visit again. Additionally in light of masking and cleanliness during a pandemic, the pizza maker’s nose was completely uncovered by his mask and he frequently touched his face and mask and then handled...
