Romio's Greek and Italian restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience. Food: The Garlic Parmesan Fries, crispy and flavorful, set a positive tone for the meal. The Chicken Pancetta with Sauteed Bacon, Artichoke Hearts, Mushrooms, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes over Linguine, accentuated by the jalapeño add-on, offered a delightful balance of spice, countering the heavy creamy taste. The Classic Margherita on garlic crust showcased fresh ingredients and a flavorful blend. Service, led by the pleasant and knowledgeable Brad, elevated the experience. His recommendation of the Pancetta dish was spot-on, and he demonstrated patience and attentiveness to our requests. Ambiance: The restaurant's ambiance was both comfy and inviting, creating a good vibe throughout the dining experience. Overall, Romio's Greek and Italian restaurant impresses with its delectable dishes, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere, making it highly recommended for a return visit.

We have been to Romio's in Ontario Oregon and loved it, so we hoped the food here would be good as well - turns out it was excellent! Even though the two restaurants are no longer directly associated they both serve amazing food! We started out with the cheese bread which was yummy, lots of cheese, crispy (not crunchy) bread, with delicious marinara sauce to dip in. My wife loved her lasagna that had lots of cheese and a unique flavor, my gyro had lots of meat and fresh veggies with nice soft pita bread. The desserts were fantastic, with one of the biggest and most delicious pieces of chocolate cake and decedent tiramisu. Our server did a great job taking care of us and making sure we enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere is fine for the location. This is definitely a must-go place!

Soooo good! I loved the calzone! They offer the option of garlic butter on the crust and I both loved and hated it. Loved the crunch and buttery factor on the outside crust, but I smelled like garlic for a whole day, LOL. The next time we went I didn't add the garlic butter and missed the buttery aspect, the crust tasted a bit bland without it. Next time I'll ask for plain butter to be added. My husband ordered a pizza and enjoyed it. We split a Greek salad and it was really good! I loved how they served the pepperocinni peppers, they blended into the salad perfectly. There are so many more options to explore, we'll definitely be back!

I'm giving this restaurant a four star for the FOOD, not particularly for the service. I came in about two o'clock in the afternoon and while I stood at the door, I was greeted by a wave from one of the (female) employees whom was on the company phone, obviously taking a customer call. This particular employee motioned for one of the other employees to my attention. A very pleasant and upbeat Asian gentleman quickly greeted me and sat me in a comfortable seat by the window. He informed me that my server 'Josie' would be right with me. This is when my five star service rating began to drop. I was able to read the entire menu (for those of you who know the menu, it's not small) before I even saw a glimpse of my server, or any server for that matter. After roughly five minutes, I saw my server 'Josie' come from behind a small station (clearly a side station for servers) and a gentleman in a white chef's coat (whom I later learned was 'Gus', the owner of the restaurant) came out from this same side station following my server. It seemed as though they were behind the scenes chatting and laughing while I, the customer, sat and waited to even be greeted. When 'Josie' finally greeted me, she immediately took my order, without asking me specific questions to the menu, it seemed as though she rushed me. It made me feel as though I was an inconvenience for her schedule. From this point, I will just give a quick synopsis as to my experience with 'Josie The Server': My drink was regular, when I asked for diet; my soup came out at the same time my entree did; my server spent so much time talking with 'Gus' in the corner side station that she missed keeping my drink full, and I had to ask the cashier for my check and to cash me out. I was going to order their famous baklava, however I felt so rushed and my server didn't even take time to ask. Note: I understand the food service industry, having worked in it for years. I also understand small businesses that lack corporate policies. So, maybe this small family owned business is more lax in their customer service skills. Note: My reference to gender and ethnic employees is only to help the reader identify...

Tonight's dinner choice was Romio's! I appreciate that they are open a little later which allowed me to to be able to order something for dinner. I will say that the first gal that helped me wasn't too friendly. After looking over the menu, tonight's dinner choice was the Pancetta pasta. Instead of the chicken that it normally comes with I grabbed the shrimp instead. The young man that helped me with my to go order was so nice! He helped me make all my adjustments. My husband last minute wanted to add cheese bread and the young man helped me again. Totally nice about my second order. I really wanted to grab his name but he ended up leaving to do a delivery. He made our experience there great! My husband wanted to order a beer while we were waiting for our to go. The gal with the mask helped him. She listed off all the beers so fast when my husband asked for the beer menu, like he was bothering her. With the mask on it muffled her. But if you're going to wear a mask please speak louder. It's not our fault we can't hear you. She wasn't the most pleasant but wasn't the worst. I guess when you just say "ok" to your tip and not "thank you", it would rub you the wrong way. She was nice when she gave me my order. I guess consistency with all your customers would be nice. My dinner was fabulous. It had a hearty amount of artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and shrimp. I did ask for spinach to be added. I do believe there wasn't any. There was some green slivers in it that that could have been spinach but I'm pretty positive it was basil. A little disappointing I didn't get the spinach but it was still good. The garlic bread was garlicky and buttery. The cheese bread was nice and cheesy. Paired with the marinara sauce, it was the perfect bite. They did increase their prices so my pasta was about 30 bucks. Pretty hefty for pasta but for tonight it was worth it. If you're looking for a intimate restaurant with great food, this place is it. And with the new remodel and outdoor seating, it would make for the most perfect...

I love Italian food so I decided to give this place a try due to its high Google rating. The food itself was a little pricey for my taste but I come to expect that when I go to Italian restaurants. It tasted really good and The waitress was nice.

The reason however I'm only leaving three stars is because when I got the bill, I was shocked to discover that it was higher than I expected. I did the math in my head and The numbers weren't adding up. So I asked for a menu and when they gave me one I discovered I was charged $2 more for every single item than what was listed on the menu. I inquired about this. the waitress apologized and said it was due to inflation.

I understand inflation and the cost of things rising up. I just wish they would have told me sooner. Luckily I had enough money to cover my tab and a tip but it was completely without warning and if I never checked the menu, I would never have known that they were charging me extra for every single item.

I did not expect to pay as much as I did. And some people who go out have a very strict budget so stuff like this can be very bad for both the restaurant and the customers. I hope this is something they resolve because their food was really good. And honestly, I wouldn't have minded paying the price that they charge me I just want a heads up next time that way I know for certain exactly...
