05/12/2022 This morning I hit the drive thru at 6:04. I was the only customer. Lady that took my order was friendly and efficient. The lady that was making coffee heard me order and I think she recognized me...or my order...either way, she came to talk with me. She apologized for the previous morning's experience. It seemed very sincere and it was GREATLY appreciated! I got my order, it was great! and paid with my gift card. The machine wasn't working correctly so she offered to give me my coffee at no charge. The machine malfunction wasn't her fault so I insisted on paying with the app. She seemed appreciative. Thank you for a better experience.

05/10/2022 The inconsistency of this place is bad. Sometimes I go through and it's 5 star. Sometimes its 1. And for different reasons. So I've decided I'm going to leave a revue each day I go through for the next month or so. Today, I pulled into the line at 7:01. There were 2 cars ahead of me and a lady taking orders at the cars window. The order taker was at the car in front of me. At 7:07 she was still taking that cars order with no end in sight. But it was clear they were friends and just laughing and chatting it up. I wanted to be at work at 7:30, with a 15 min. commute from Human Bean. I really figured I could get coffee within 14 minutes of pulling into the line when there were only 2 cars in front of me. At 7:10 I decided to go around the chatty employee and leave the line WITH NO COFFEE. I pulled into my parking space at 7:28 at the office. I got a gift card forever ago for the Human Bean. Was cleaning out my wallet and found it so of course I had to make my way down to go use it!

I stopped in late afternoon so it was pretty chill. I drove through the drive thru and was instantly greeted by a pretty smile at the window. I ordered my usual iced americano. I did ask the barista what kind of sugar free options they had. I was quite surprised that she was listing more than just your basic vanilla and caramel. I had 6 or 7 options to choose from. I went with the chocolate macadamia. Pumpkin was an option and it did sound tempting but I'm pacing myself. I don't want to get burnt out on my favorite flavor! Pumpkin is the best!

My drink was fabulous! It had a good amount of ice. The espresso was very noticeable and not watered down. My chocolate macadamia syrup was tasty and she added the right amount of cream. It was all balanced and so good!

I needed that afternoon caffeinated beverage today and man was it so good! Human Bean is on my way to work but I'm always running late and don't have time to stop in. Clearly I need to get my act in gear and leave earlier so I can make it in. They pushed out a great iced americano today! And it's convenient since it's a drive thru. I look forward to coming back for that iced pumpkin americano...

I go to this location often and always order the same thing, so I know when it’s not made correctly/missing something/not the correct amounts of something. I would say my order is made correctly half the time. It’s very frustrating because the coffee isn’t cheap. The baristas should be trained better (at this location) when someone has to substitute something in their coffee. I’ve gone in a couple of times to this location in just the past week and three times it was made incorrectly. I have also gone to other locations which are unfortunately farther away and it’s made the...
