Wife and myself would drive from Middleton at least once a week to purchase a dozen cookies for us and our kids. Every other time the cookies have been great. This time, we purchased a dozen with eight of the crinkle cookies. The other four were great, but the crinkle cookies were all tough and not soft like the dozens of others times we'd bought them. This is the only location and their employees are always socializing with their friends who stand around the store and act rude and dismissive when customers come in. We ignored that though because they were the best cookies in town. Called the store and asked if they could replace them, they said to bring them in and they would replace them. Drive from Middleton after a few errands and our son brought them in, and they proceeded to put on a glove and poke every single one of them. They then said only three were hard and refused to replace the rest. Called them and asked for the manager, they're not in. "Okay, when will they be in." "I don't know" "You don't know?" "Nope" "Could you check?" "Maybe they'll be in on Monday. No way of knowing." "Well okay, but I don't understand why if you told us to bring in the cookies and you'd replace them, you'd poke them all and then only replace three?" "I mean I did you a favor, I was wearing gloves." "The point was they were hard, much harder than they had ever been in the past when we've bought them even just the other day." "They weren't hard." "By who's judgement?" "I judged them. If I can poke a hole in them they're okay." "We've never had them be that hard before, I mean you wouldn't lose any money personally, would it really be that hard to replace them for us?" "We don't give out free cookies." "You're not giving out free cookies because we brought back the hard ones so you could throw them away. We are just asking for them to be replaced. I don't understand why this is a hill too high for you us to reach together. My wife and our kids love your cookies normally and just want to be able to continue coming to your location. Even though it's a long drive we really enjoy your cookies that much." "It's not a hill too high. I felt them and we don't give out free cookies." So disappointed. This interaction has left such a bitter taste in my mouth, I'll never buy...

Tried explaining that they aren't free because they threw away some and replaced them, but the condescending uncaring attitude of the employee in Boise I spoke to is...
Read moreWe ordered here in person about a month ago. The service was pretty good, the bathrooms were REALLY clean, and the cookies were mostly okay. We didn't order a drink, but the menu looked expansive. There were several different cookie options, too!
None of my family enjoyed the sugar cookie base. The cookie just wasn't great 🤷♀️ The oatmeal and peanut butter cookies we had were fantastic, however!
Unfortunately, the sugar cookie is the main base for most of their cookies and we literally ended up throwing 4 of them away because I couldn't even convince my 9, 7, and 5 year olds to eat them. Disappointing, but the other base cookies were really good.
Oh! And the cookies seem to expire quickly, as even the next day, the flavor and texture were off. Maybe include storage instructions? I would only order what will be eaten same day in...
