Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Meridian

Horrible. I was here at 8:00 AM, November 3rd. A batista named Brian was confused when I asked him for a "grande house". No problem. I explained it to him. Obviously he is new.

Shortly after I ordered he called my drink... Pike Grande! I pick up my coffee and take it back to me seat.

First, he gave me the wrong drink. He mixed my coffee up with a tea. I didn't realize I got the wrong drink until I sat down. Brian obviously didn't realize I was sitting in the corner because he began to berate me to the other barista. He said:

"This guy came in here and said two words... Grande, House. I mean, what is that? Then, he was talking on his phone. I told him which drink to take, but he took the wrong drink."

Brian, a couple recommendations about customer service: Don't talk bad about the customer. The customer isn't always right, but the customer is always the customer. Definitely, don't talk bad about the customer when they are sitting a few feet away. This Starbucks location which is near Eagle and Fairview is by far the best location as far as the service and friendliness. They make my caramel frappuccino with lots of extra caramel perfect every time. They're fast and efficient and I haven't ever sat in the drive thru more than one or two minutes.

Recently I started going there again after about a year of just not having coffee anywhere and they actually remembered me and remembered exactly what my regular drink is. Lol I was amazed.
