The Scoreboard — Restaurant in Imperial Beach

I was there for the first time this past weekend for the Canelo vs. Charlo fight and loved all of the positive vibes at this establishment.

The owners (Otto & Selena) are amazing!!

One thing I noticed is despite how busy they all were Otto had a smile on his face the entire time.

Normally when it's busy and chaotic people tend to lose their smile because their stressed out. This is proof that when your doing something your passionate about it's fun and you enjoy every minute of it.

All of the staff provided excellent customer service. Regina is my favorite!! 😍

Dj's Money Miner & Jay 2 we're in the mix playing all the old school jams!! At one time all the boys took over the dance floor just vibing out Lol!! I know because theirs video footage Hahaha!!! 🤦🏽‍♂️😆

It's a divy bar for sure, but it's Imperial Beach so...

I was greeted warmly by the first bartender and got a drink. She helped me out right away and charged me 6.50. I was asked to close out with her because she was leaving, and the new bartender took forever to get me another drink or even acknowledge that I was there. I finally had to wave my drink at her, which I hate doing because it's so demeaning, but that was the only way to get her attention. Then she charged me 8.50 for the same drink.

So not a great first impression, and I wouldn't say don't go, but just know what you're...

Overrated. Not the bargain as advertised. Do not seem to be an establishment for people of color. After ordering the Southwest burger with fries, which the burger had no taste and the fries seemed to be from a bag of frozen fries, and having two beers, which all came out to be $26, while watching the basketball and hockey games, halfway through my second beer, and still watching the game, I was asked if I am ready for the bill...I was not yet finished, but since I felt rushed to leave, I did just that. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this establishment to any...
