Smaller parking lot but sufficient for the amount of traffic. Handicap accessible and an easy to navigate mini-mall. Anchor stores are CVS, Jack in the Box, Goodwill and Dollar Tree. WIC also has an office next to the Goodwill.
The only negative I would say is the homeless population that sometimes comes through and the lack of security in the lot since it's not patrolled and has in/out access at more than two points.
Considering also that Imperial Beach is a smaller community, these stores are not exactly their largest, but they do a great job at nailing proper inventory for the consumers. We have a different lifestyle here in Imperial Beach as well as we are a growing tourist...
Read moreThe shops are well maintained, but... While I was at CVS I witnessed several young women, harassing an elderly woman inside the store. I was shocked at what I saw... Two of the ladies working at the checkstsnd ignored what they were watching. And when the manager was called, he basically did nothing to assure this person who was being victimized that anything world be done, let alone make her feel safe. I will take my business elsewhere...
