When this restarant first opened it was amazing. The prices were reasonable and the food was fresh. That has changed and not for the better! When this place opened, the manager and employee prided themselves that they would NEVER upcharge for ANY of their items. The statement was that the owner hated going to places that did this...... oThey charge an additional 1.50 for Avocado, additional charge for imitation crab, when both these products used to be included. They have this itty- bitty sign in front of both and you dont find out till your at checkout
I also found out after seeing my total skyrocket from $21 dollars to $31 they charge $4.00 for their teas... no boba, no refills for a medium sized cup.......
Also this place used to honor ALL veterans and Disabled veterans with discounts.....now the rule is you have to be in uniform. 100% disabled veterans dont have a uniform!
I also should have trusted my nose when I thought it smelled a bit funny inside. I hadn't been to this place in a while so I imagined it was just cus the seafood place. As I write this, 2 days later...I have horrible stomach pain. My wife after eating it felt bad too and she decided to induce vomiting so she wouldnt have deal with what I am now.
Obviously their standards of cleanliness and food prep have been lowered. Probably didnt maintain safe food temperatures, which is paramount to prevent spoilage of meat, especially seafood!

Poke 123 might dispute this, but after confirming with other people that go here regularly, it seems to be a unanimous agreement. If the problem here is that it isn't sustainable to offer fresh fish, just raise the price to accommodate it. Everyone I've talked to agrees that they would be willing to pay a little extra for fresh ingredients. If you're willing to cut corners and deliver an inferior product, why even make the product to begin with? Read moreDon't order ahead if you plan to wait almost 30-40 min for your food. I was told my order would be right out upon arrival so I patiently waited. About 35 min later and 4 customers later that placed orders in person I finally stopped being patient to ask if my order was ready. I then got told that they are about to work on it, in which I responded with I have been waiting for 30 min already. In which the worker responded with well everyone decided to all make their orders at the same time. I get being busy, I get being behind but if you are that behind with 3 workers you aren't working your time efficiently, also inform the customer that you are behind on orders when they walk in expecting their pick up order to be ready.
