Inclined Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Incline Village-Crystal Bay

With a small space to work with in a town of tourists and stuck up locals, these guys blew me away with a simple yet delicious burger and an even better experience.

Short version:

The best burgers in Incline and possibly the whole lake. Best place if you just want a simple cheeseburger dinner. The staff is incredibly friendly and it is all very clean! They treated my 3 year old to a tour of the kitchen and left me feeling amazing. My only issue is that it is a little small but they make the best of the space with an outdoor area.

Long version:

We went in an hour before they closed on a Saturday. (8pm) I was skeptical because I have never enjoyed a burger in Incline village. They are ether way to complicated/expensive or they leave me feeling ill like at Rookies. These burgers came out fairly fast, nice and hot, and wow! They were amazing! The patties have a great flavor and their fries are simple and delicious.

We were only about halfway through our food when the guy at the front cane to check on us. He walked the floor several times like this to pick up stuff, get refills, and make sure everyone was happy. About ten minutes later the owner showed up and asked how we were liking it. He talked with my three year old and invited him and I to check out the kitchen. This blew me away! What a great experience and a chance for me to see behind the counter. It was clean, organized, and efficient. I have been a cook at a restaurant and while they are not working with a large menus I was still very impressed. They cooked my son some chicken tenders with him watching and he loved it.

Needless to say, I have never experienced this kind of service in incline at all. They all acted like they were happy to be at work and genuinely wanted you to be happy as well. I fully plan to return and update this review with more photos.

Update: It has been 4 months and they are still amazing. I don't always go in but when I do they still remember me and my family. We called today and they couldn't answer. within five minutes, I got a call back. I have never had a restaurant call me back before. Better level of service, updated menus, I mean Seriously these guys want to give you great service and it is refreshing...

Garlic fries are amazing, burgers are mediocre and on top of that Jeffrey makes false police reports on me. I have attempted talking to Mitch the owner regarding this, he was disgustingly disrespectful. All the drama over burgers and fries. I had four Other people with me as witnesses on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 2:40 to 2:50pm to this horrendous treatment.Jeffrey had left his workstation from behind the kitchen counter chopping lettuce To confront me personally initially asking why I was not “ smiling back at him“ he claimed. I looked away as he was inches from me, I was perplexed as he continue to heckle me until I said to him “I’m just here for some food”. As a once regular customer coming into the restaurant anywhere from one to three times a week it disheartens me to write this review but after my most recent experience I don’t know what to do. The general manager Jeffrey creates personal interactions while I am peacefully standing in line waiting to order my food where there is no need for any, he has continued to heckle me and call the police I have told him and the owner Mitch there is no need for this kind of behavior. The owner Mitch and I have dealt with Jeffrey’s behaviors on a number of occasions As I have expressed to the owner Mitch that there is no need for any drama or any of Jeffrey’s behaviors and it’s unfortunate there must be so much drama over...
