I happened across Alvins listing website by chance. I hadn’t chosen a realtor yet and asked him to show me some of the properties listed on his website. Being new to Incline Village I didn’t have a clear idea of what I was looking for, or even what my budget was. Alvin was able to shepherd my decision making process with informative local knowledge and zero pressure. He set me up with a loan agent who could handle my unique employment situation (many lenders won’t provide home loans to cannabusiness owners). The team in Alvin’s office was diligent and steadfast, they closed the deal in record time, per my request. Even when I started to waiver in my attention span they kept at it. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about Cynthia (office support)! I ended up purchasing a 3bedroom condo, which my daughter lived in while attending college. I was almost immediately moved to Portland for work. Knowing this, Alvin checked in on my daughter and she was able to reach out to him for local resources and recommendations related to the condo. This meant a LOT to me. It’s been four years and we are now updating the unit. It’s worth close to double what I bought it for.
