Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Independence Charter Township

I hardly ever write reviews, but this truly is the worst Little Caesar’s I have ever encountered in my life. I live locally& I have been here quite a few times, each time was the same experience, but I kept thinking each time I went back that it would be different. I would convince myself that they had a bad day that day and the next time I go it would be better. However, there will never be a next time.

My last experience was when I specifically called and wanted a fresh Italian bread made, and they said about ten minutes. I live not even five minutes away, I left maybe three minutes after the phone call because I didn’t mind to wait in my car for a few minutes. When I got inside it was like a zoo, it seemed like multiple people were upset or had wrong orders, and then finally after waiting several long minutes, I got up to the front counter when I was interrupted by a worker who was off the clock, she was half dressed, with slippers and a hair net on and she was screaming from the front of the store to other workers in the back and this is all in front of multiple guests, she then proceeded to walk back behind where the food is made and she was super loud and obnoxious, it just felt so unprofessional.

I got my food and when I got home this Italian bread was rock hard and cold, it wasn’t even warm. It was cold like it had been sitting for several hours, I was disgusted and so was my family. I have had multiple bad experiences here and I will never return there again. If I could give it 0 stars I would absolutely...

I see a lot of issues with this Little Caesars and I understand both the good and the bad. I'll give everybody a little tip when it's an all male staff. Not that I'm one of those people, but I'm telling you when it's an all male staff. You'll usually see this one guy at the counter with a mask on. Every time I get stuff when that guy's working. Everything's terrible.. But there is a very nice lady that works there. I think part-time but every time she's working everything's on point hot delicious. Ready to go... Anybody that goes there on a regular will understand exactly what I'm saying. She's a very nice lady and she's always friendly and willing to get everything hot and right and ready to go. Stopped in here for a quick minute before going golfing with some friends today just to order the hot and now pizzas. I’m very pleased with the knowledge the young blonde girl that works here has she seemed to know the ins and the outs of everything and truly cared as the gentleman in front of me was trying to argue about the price of the special pizzas she gave him several ways to order for the cheapest price and he seemed happy in the end. I liked how she didn’t get mad at him but instead negotiated a result to make a sale instead of losing a customer. I almost forgot I was in a pizza restaurant and not a car dealership for a second she was that calm and collected she knew what she what she was doing and I liked that. I will return to this location in the future and I hope to get her...
