I had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster recently, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received from Carly! From the moment I walked in, she made my dining experience truly special.

Carly's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. She greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Her friendly and approachable nature made me feel like a valued guest, and she effortlessly established a rapport with everyone at my table.

Ate at Red Lobster last night, with my stepfather and my brother. Biscuits we excellent. The rest of the food was decent, but service was uncommonly terrible.

Server had a big, gross beard that was not covered. Definitely not the type of thing that I want hovering over my food as it's being served to me. He was also overly talkative, and apparently thought he was very funny, but really it was just super awkward.

Then about 2/3 of the way through our meal, our server came up to our table and announced that he had to leave due to a family emergency, because his daughter had thrown up three times. Frankly when I'm eating, I don't need to know about people throwing up. It's not something I wanna hear when I'm eating at a restaurant. He could have just said he was leaving, and left it at that. Seriously.

He also didn't bring over a replacement server to introduce to our table and ensure that we were OK. So after that, we received no further drink refills, our empty dishes just sat in front of us, unbussed, No offer of dessert or anything else. We were just abandoned.

Finally we flagged down someone who went and found the person who apparently was supposed to be taking care of us. She brought us over our check, but still didn't even bother to bus the empty dishes that were in front of us.

Had a horrible experience at red lobster in independence mo tonight. It's been a little while since I've been to a red lobster, but I am very familiar with the food and have ate at a ton of times in the past.

Tonight it was my spouses last meal before her surgery and we wanted something good. We arrived seated in a booth with a huge rip. That's ok. No biggie.

We ordered mushroom appetizer

2 ultimate feast. One with crab legs, lobstertail, shrimp scampi and coconut shrimp and fries with clay chowder instead of saled because they do not have a vingerette anymore or italian.

One with 2 cluster of crab, shrimp Alfredo, shrimp scampi and mash potatoes.

Took forever to get drinks. The appetizer came out with soup, both were super off. I have had both before and there was something wrong. We couldent eat either sent then back.

Wife's dinner the coleslaw was rotten and super off. So was her shrimp Alfredo. Food was cold, crab legs not great, lobster way over cooked.

I love red lobster so this broke our hearts. The waitress knocked off 10 dollers. I still tipped. Just hope this wad an off night but it was awful. The worst I've had in a long time.
