DiBella's Subs — Restaurant in Independence

Repeat DiBella’s customer here and I was looking forward to a sub on their everything bread to enjoy while watching football Sunday 10/8/23. I ordered delivery because #circumstances & the meal I received was the worst DiBellas I’ve ever had. I paid for extra meat and hardly got the normal amount of meat that comes on a DiBella’s 10” sub(?!), the lemonade was watered down (change the syrup). Very disappointing to say the least. This store usually does a great job. I expected a great DiBella’s sub, instead I received tons of toppings, bread and a lil turkey. If my order was inaccurate because it was being delivered that’s subpar on the restaurant side. I’d think they would want return business no matter if it’s dine in, take out, delivery or catering. I will give DiBella’s another try sometime but hope they can address end product & service needs, so each sub that goes out makes customers satisfied with what they receive for what we are paying for.

This place single handly ruined submarine sandwiches for me....IN A GOOD WAY! Dibells subs is by far the best sub I've ever eaten, and once you try one you are spoiled for life! No other sub will ever come close. The competition tries very hard but it's not even fair!

I'm serious, after trying my first "god father" sub I said to my gf that was the best sub I've ever eaten! Since then I took many family and friends to eat the best sub out there and every one has agreed with me.

This place has my business for life! I hope they never leave the Parma area because I will be left with nothing but inferior sandwiches.

My personal favorite is "the god father" toasted, mayo, mustard, whatever veggies you want

If you've never taken my advice from any of my reviews, trust me on this one. You will be ruined for life, in the best way possible!

Honestly, terrible. Would not order from here again. Ordered three subs, two cookies and a potato salad, IMO not an overwhelming order. Paid a 3.99 delivery fee, a 3.49 service fee (not sure what THAT was for!) and gave the driver a $5 tip. Received three sandwiches, nothing else. Called and was told they would credit my account for the two cookies and potato salad. The turkey sandwich I had was the worst thing I have every had, the turkey wasn't even the consistency of meat it was just mush! Totally disgusting. To add insult to injury, they only credited my account for ONE of the cookies so I had to call AGAIN - the only reason I even ordered was that I wasn't feeling well and could get a delivery in my area. Next time I will just go get Jersey Mikes!! If I could give negative...
