I was scheduled an interview today. I have confirmed it three times. Even a hour before. For assistant manager. I was told by someone that they were not hiring and to call 24 highway. That they don't see those interviews and corporate just sets them up without them knowing. My application was actually for 24 highway but the interview was scheduled on Nolan with Amanda Barrow. I go to the car. My interview guide is only giving me the option to check into my interview or cancel it. I am hesitant to cancel, It should be canceled on the stores end. As it is of no fault to me. I email the application. I speak to 24 highway who tells me she's not sure why they would say that as they are always taking applications and doing interviews (very nice lady) she said she will be back in a few days and is hiring for the first of the new year. I explained I originally put my application through people matter at the 24hwy location, we assume it just scheduled the interview at Noland road. We hang up and I notice there are some signs that state now hiring inside and on the door. I get back on the website and see they are actually hiring for general manager, assistant manager and shift manager. I go back inside and again ask to speak to a manager, and this time someone else comes to the counter. I tell her what 24hwy said. She refused to give me her name and said "flat out I won't hire you" very matter of fact and I am quoting. Which is discrimination mind you. I asked her more than once if she WAS denying to do an interview. She was hesitant to answer because at this point I was now recording; she began to scream and yell at me and berated me. I asked her repeatedly to lower her voice and calm down and she had children and customers in the lobby which was to none of her concern. I show her the positions at this location that they are hiring for and one of them is her own and for good reason I am assuming. She walks back to the back frustrated and then comes back out and says "now email me again" like a threat? Which only proves that she was aware of the interview, she sees the scheduled interview! She scheduled the interview. And confirmed And was fully aware. I said "I thought you don't get those emails" and she said it was forwarded buy corporate. I pray to God corporate sees this and knows who they have protecting their assets is a cause for bad business. Not only is this a waste of resources, but I planned my entire holiday around this interview. Another customer had walked out because of this interaction. I'm assuming you have cameras. And I'm simply asking for the interview that I was scheduled. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life and this woman should not be working with the public, it's no wonder you guys have such horrendous reviews on Google. Clearly you need the help but something is telling me she doesn't want to get replaced! I also have a video providing this interaction. Trash piled up in the drive through. Dirty tables. Read moreThis is the saddest chicken I've ever seen. They must be running low on tenders or something because these are so tiny. The cashier is not having a good time and has trouble listening to orders (likely because he's wearing an earphone). I asked for chicken and waffles, and the board says it comes with tenders. I asked for the tenders and waffles for my brother. I got a drumstick and thigh piece, neither of which he will eat because he's special needs. I also expected this to come with a drink, because I asked to make it a meal. That didn't happen. I also asked for a combo of 3 doritos loco supreme. I got the tacos, but not the drink. He must have not heard me, again, on account of the earphone in his ear. Finally, it was clear he didn't want to be there. Read moreI'm only going to say this it's chicken only reason their doors are open. Management is no good understaffed and and apparently improperly trained it took us almost an hour total to get our food we sat for over 20 before they brought out the order, not our order, then when they did bring the right order 10 min later it did not have every thing we ordered. I went inside and stood another 15 min before I was even noticed while another gentleman was waiting had been in before I ever got out the care I saw maybe 5 employees total, all be it I understand ther meay have been more but out of the ones I say only two were actually on the line one at the window and one at the friers.
