If I could give this 0 stars I would! My co-worker just went to this location to pick up food for several of us at the office. We each gave her cash for our orders and would need change back. The lady at the window, Ivy, refused to let her do 3 separate transactions for each of us. Ivy said she couldn't do it. Told my co-worker that if she wanted to do that she'd need to come inside. My co-worker tried to re-explain what she was wanting to do in case Ivy wasn't understanding and she still refused. I have worked at my office down the street from this location for 4yrs and I've been the food runner multiple times as well as many other people we work with and never has someone refused to do separate transactions. Maybe Ivy doesn't understand that she has to do different transactions for any customer that comes through the drive thru so it's of no real inconvenience to her unless just having a job is inconvenient to her. My co-worker did not have time to go inside at that moment because the rest of us were waiting on our food. So she came back very upset and flustered, gave us our food, and explained what happened. We tried calling the store multiple times to try to talk to a manager but each time it rang for 5 minutes, then gave a busy signal, and disconnected. So my co-worker went back to the location, went inside, and asked to speak to the manager. A lady came up to the counter claiming to be the manager. My co-worker explained what happened with employee Ivy, but the manager said she was very knew and had no idea how things worked. My co-worker told her that she tried calling several times before coming in and the manager said they were having phone issues. My co-worker asked if the complaint department was having phone issues also. While the manager was getting the phone number for complaints another employee stated that they are able to do multiple transitions for customers but that "certain individuals" don't want to be bothered with it. My co-worker waited in this location and called the complaint line where they said someone would be contacting her regarding the issue. So several issues 1. Certain employees don't care about customers 2. Your customer service experience depends on how people are feeling that day and what's most convenient for them 3. A manager on duty isn't able to help in any way that a regular employee wouldn't be able to. My co-workers and I will all be reconsidering ever returning to this location especially since there are several fast food places next door and across the street that are more than happy to take all of our money in separate transactions...
Read moreWow. Was going to "tell them about my visit" on their website that's printed on receipt, but can't read it because I got a receipt that has hardly any ink on it. So I'm resorting to Google reviews. :-) First of all I pull up to order at their drive thru and waited almost 5 minutes without even being acknowledged so I say, "hello??" And suddenly there's life on the planet, and someone talks though the speaker, WITH AN ATTITUDE, like I was bothering them. Jerk. I give them my order and I drive up to the window. I can hear employees yelling and cussing at each other while waiting in my car. It's not the cussing that offended me though. It's the fact that the employees thought their stupid argument was more important than actually doing their job. After a while, I looked up at their timer , realizing I had been sitting there another 5 minutes and still no food, but lots of fussing coming from inside. I eventually get my food, I check the bag and they forgot a chalupa I ordered and completely crushed 2 of my crunchy tacos to the point you couldn't even pick it up to eat it because it literally crumbled right through your fingers. One of the soft tacos was SO completely soaked in grease, it leaked all over the inside of the bag which made the napkins useless, and other food wrappers were greasy as well. Never received such poor service from this place or any...
