The food was good but the service was terrible. Online it says that they close at 9:30 & it even says that on the door. My boyfriend & I arrived inside at 8:50 planning on eating in the lobby because there is a huge sign advertising that dine-in is open. The young worker was very rude to us telling us they are about to close & that the only food that is available is what is out for us to see- which we were okay with. However we wanted to eat our food in the lobby & they very rudely told us we could not & had to leave. Never before have I had a restaurant kick me out & not allow me to dine-in when I arrived before closing. If you close at 9 p.m. that you need to edit your online times & correct your hours on the building. Read moreSo I was in the drive thru, in which I was asked if I was ready and I said give me a second please. Like you do in drive thru. Either way. Shortly after like literally soon after, a girl comes on like how can I help you. So I said can you give me a sec please. Because I still wasn't ready. MIND YOU there was no one in front of me nor behind me, I was the only one in line. So I figured out what I wanted shortly after and I asked her for a simple request, and she was so rude. Literally snobby, impatient, and a fed-up attitude. If you work fast food and especially the drive thru line give people grace or quit. I ended up not eating here and was just overall disappointed in the establishment all together....
Read moreExtremely rude employees!! Order was incorrect and total was $5 more at window than what I was given at the order screen/speaker. When I asked why the total was different, instead of looking to see why or answering in a polite way, the 2 girls got very rude & defensive. I would give no stars (if possible) based on their lack of customer sevice, but gave 2, because the manager was friendly and helpful. He asked me to come in to explain (there was a line on drive thru), and then actually listened, apologized, and made sure it was correct. I hope he retrains them in service or finds better employees. It was shameful how they were behaving and laughing while the manager was speaking...
