On 6/2/19 @ 4:16am we went to the drive thru. We ordered a #3 bacon cheeseburger, dr.pepper, and fries. When we pulled up to the window to pay we waited about 4mins for Sammy or Sammie to acknowledge us. We paid, food was given, warm drink and no straw. We asked for ketchup and had to ask for straw. Sammy wasn't too happy and gave us 2 ketchups and witg an attitude saying "we are out of ketchup until the truck gets here later today" (Ok that's fine, I wasn't even going to ask for more but thank you for that information). So as we turn around the building leaving the window. I grabbed my burger and it just slipped out of the wrapper before I could pull it out of the bag (it hadn't been wrapped properly lol no biggie). But good thing it did fall apart because at least now I got to see there is no cheese or bacon, they gave me a #1. Lol nope we gotta go back and fix this (#3 cost more). Took a sip of my DR. Pepper and jeeze, how is it possible to receive a room temperature soda???? Seriously? At this point I'm annoyed. Like nothing is right with this order...not even the stale cold fries could make up for this. Now I just want a refund. Ok we go back to the drive thru. Took us about 20 mins to make it to the intercom when we are greeted with "will be right with you". 5mins later passes, nothing so I told my bf to just pull up to the window. By this time we waited another 5mins before we get to pull up to talk to Sammy. Immediately my bf politely asks for a refund and tries to tell her, burger is missing cheese and bacon, soda is warm, fries stale when she interrupts and falsely accuses us about being there 1hr and a half ago. I'm fuming and tell her "no, we got back in line and have been waiting ever since, and you told us you'd get back with us and didn't so we just pulled up." (Our receipt showed our card was charged at 4:16am snd this time we were back by 4:46am). So she goes ahead slams the window and walks away. Soon Shaylee or Sheils shows up with a better attitude. She hears us out. She actually took responsibility for the burger and apologized. She offered to make it right but we just wanted to go elsewhere (we only went to bk because jack in the box was having issues with payments). Anyways she was nice but advised to come back later talk to GM Robert "Bobby" to get refund....ok we go back today and were told we just missed him by a few hours ago...so now we have to come back tomorrow from 6am to 11am..ok this is such a hassle and inconvenience. Come on bk, you can do better! Maybe implement a system where it takes two to process a refund to insure your managers aren't stealing. Which is why we were informed only a gm can do it. I will update with the results later. But seriously go to bk when there is a gm present at the location if you want to be on the safe side. Save yourself the inconvenience.
Update: 6/5/19: So after talking to the gm, he was supposed to be at BK @6am, he wasn't there but someone else took care of it, thank you! Finally! Getting the refund wasn't worth all...
Read moreThis Burger King doesn't know how to do anything. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who had a terrible experience. At first we tried going through the drive through, but it was taking way too long, so she decided to go in an place her order. There were only 2 other people in line, and for whatever reason, it seemed like the cashier didn't know how to take peoples orders. It probably took them 20 minutes to take her order, only to tell her that they were out of nuggets AFTER she placed her order and paid. She then asked for a refund as it is only justifiable, and they said that they didn't know how to give refunds, but they could give her a gift card. Why would she want a gift card after all the trouble she just went through? They asked her if she wanted a refund on all of the items, as if this isn't obvious enough. She still wanted her refund, but was told to come back the next morning to talk to the manager as only he/she could give her a refund. I think the employees should know how to give refunds or there needs to be a manager on site. This is outrageous, I have yet to see an establishment that doesn't have a manager on site during all hours of operation. We tried calling the bk care line shortly after, but it sent us to voice mail. Also, the employee that wouldn't give my mother a refund was leaving, and we were about to leave too. We were pulling out of our parking space, and she came zooming by, probably going 30mph (yeah its not fast, but to me it's too fast to be going in a parking lot) in their tiny parking lot. I honked at her. Will not be going back to this BK (at night anyway) any time soon. My mother will probably not be...
Read moreAfter a family sized order via the drive through about 6 items were left out of our bag. After driving back through (the inside dining area was closed.) We were told to pull through to the window. Once we had reached the window not a word was said to us for at least 15 minutes while the crew changed shifts and the manager / supervisor was yelling at them right at the window and slamming her hand on the counter several times. Once that was done she opened the window, still hasn't said a word and stood there at a computer another 5 minutes. Proceeded to try to hand us someone else's food. Once I clarified why we were there she said she wish she had known that now all this food was trash (that she tried to give us). At that point one of the other crew was standing across the store at a food make table yelling at us asking what we were missing. We were then informed that they were out of items for the kids meals. We're about 35 minutes in the drive through at this point just for this second time around, not considering the first time through. With the food now being cold and missing a good portion of our kids meals we asked for our money back and returned the food. We were given an incorrect refund the first time, after I mentioned it she returned the correct amount. To be fair I don't think it was this managers fault entirely, she had just gotten on the scene and had a horrible crew but needless to say I won't be back...
