For the record- I will change my review to five stars if the few issues I have are fixed. I’ve worked fast food before. I genuinely understand how difficult it can be. This McD’s is the only one locally I want to go to because everyone’s always polite. I get off work late frequently and don’t have the energy to cook sometimes so I’ll stop by and grab food for my wife and I. Sometimes we go together and get food. Tonight we stopped by, and this isn’t the first time we have shown up late, and there was hardly any staff working. We waited forever in the drive through. By the time we finally got to the window to get our food, we’d been waiting for over 10 minutes and there was only one car in front of us. When we got our food, the fries were extremely old and they didn’t fill my large fries up even halfway which pissed me off because while I usually get a medium, I didn’t eat today and had just finished a 12 hour shift; it was the busiest day I’ve had all month at my job and I didn’t get to take a lunch because of that so I was extremely hungry. My wife’s burger was cold, my nuggets were cold.. I am NOT the type of person to go and complain about food establishments. But this is becoming common if we stop by in the evening at this location. I’m so angry right now I’m sitting here letting my food get colder to write this stupid review. I just really wish you guys would get some more help in the evenings because from my experiences in fast food and the fact that I have eyes, I can quite literally see that this is half the problem. As a company you have a ridiculous amount of money so there’s no reason with the business of your location on normal days for you to not have staff to manage your location. Please, please spend the time to get this fixed. People spend money on fast food because our schedules and energy in this day and age don’t always allow us to prepare food at home like we’d hope to do. Read moreVery poor service! Took ordered, (he wasn't good at it). Didn't give me my receipt, didn't give me my cups for drinks. Told me they would bring me my food when it was ready. That never happened!! My order sat on the counter for a while. Then one of the ladies said who's order is this. Still hesitated for who it went too. They threw the receipt away. So the young man calls out the order; and they still never gave me my drink cup and I had to ask again for the cup. Then I asked for the receipt and he had to dig it out of the trash. Very poor customer service very poor. Then the big Mac looked like it went for a rough ride, like they tried to toss it together in the box .. Then the place is a pig sty!! Every table messy. Food and trash all over the place. I told them I wanted my receipt so I can go on line and post s bad review. 2 Spanish managers looked at me and staired while I was filling my drink. Then the C O is messed up for fountain drinks . The 2 men started talking in Spanish to each other then went back to the kitchen area. Read moreMy brother and I ordered everything correctly. We ordered from separate kiosks and paid for own own meals. The manager that was on duty it was breakfast time. They messed up on our orders with the drinks and treated my brother and I like we were the problem when we were not. Instead of owning up to them being in the wrong for making our drinks wrong they blamed us for it. The manager that morning also didn't give us our receipts back. We will not go to this McDonald's for a long time until they clean house of that manager that wanted to treat my brother and I like crap when we showed proof. They also tried making my brother pay for another large iced coffee when he already paid for a large. They gave him the wrong one. We found a better McDonald's to go to. McDonald's on Noland Rd is not the one to go to because if they get something wrong on your order they'll make it out to be the customers fault Instead of admitting they were in the wrong. They'll also not give you your receipt back. They're tables were also very dirty like usual. McDonald's on Noland Rd doesn't know how to be adults and admitt when they're in the wrong. Karma...
