Absolutely awful customer service from both the drive thru attendant and manager, however it is the manager that deserves the blame here IMO.
I had been a normal at this location for 19 years now, and by far the worst customer service I've received here. After a drive thru app issue, the attendant ultimately asked 'are you going to order it not?' and when I asked for the manager's name or a business card, they would not provide it to me. I ultimately pulled up to the payment window as I remembered a customer service number, but when I called it, it was out of service. I then went inside to speak with the manager, who would not provide me their name and would not provide me the GMs name or number, but said I would need to talk with them only. When I asked when they would be in, she then told I'd just need to come in or call and keep asking for them!
Ultimately, I asked for a working number of where I could call and complain, and received the store number on the attached napkin.
For the drive thru attendant, i understand that they're probably a HS student looking to get thru the day. However, the manager's attitude and customer service was appalling. I did find out that manager's name was CHRISTINA (Kristina?) when another employee called out to them.

You are not going to get every single detail of the thousands of orders you receive in a day exactly right. The response to a mistake is the problem. After receiving our order, I went back and pointed this out. The manager simply said, "You didn't order it." and walked away. I guess customer service is not worth the $0.39 it cost that franchise to make a cheeseburger. so I stood in line again and ordered my daughter's cheeseburger again. After I went through that ordeal, I came back to the table to find they had incorrectly cooked an item. So, I took the item with receipt and sticker on the box with cooking instructions back up to the cashier. I had to prove that we had ordered grilled not crispy. The manager took the item to the back and came back a minute later. I believe she used the same box as it was similarly dented. She gave a half hearted, "sorry" and turned away. At least This issue was resolved quickly. This McDonald's is 10 minutes away and the grandparents love to take our children there whenever they're in town. We will now be driving to one...

Me: I will also get a happy meal cheeseburger with an extra fry and a sprite. That will be all.
I pull forward. Drive thru is going quickly. Pay. Asked if I wanted a receipt. I did (I always want one because things are always getting messed up).
Next window to get food. Noticed a fry was missing so I let her know.
Looks at screen "no sorry, you didn't order one".
Me: I sure did.
"No you didn't".
Me: okay, then can you charge me for one??
"No, you will have to go around"
Me: are you serious? You are having me go all the way through the drive thru again? Who is your manager here?
She gets the manager and she tells me I didn't order one and that I will have to go back around or come inside.
